i think the guy has try to mix to many differnt things together and in the end it just looks like shyt

my best mate sold his 180sx last months and we found out 2 days ago that the new owner wrote it off after owning it for 4 days...we even found pics of it and my mate wanted to cry

i agree with turboX. i was thinking the same thing. not to mention they might have the parts in stock or will be able to get them in quicker than nengun for an example

It's good that you have realised its not the smart thing to do.. when i think about spending all my money on cars i just look at how my parents are and how smart they were to invest their money wisely.

i have been told time and time again by people i work with that are older than me and they have all told me the same thing. they all have spent all their money on cars and at the end of the day they said if they could do it again they would've bought a property instead but everyone is different so its their own decision

mate im 19 and have saved up a bit over $25gz and am still an apprentice. I wouldnt not for one second consider going out and buying an r34 gtr with the money i have busted my balls with to save up over the past 3 years. I think i have set myself a smarter goal by wanting to buy a house by the end of next year and not putting myself into dept with a car that by the time is payed off will be worth half of what i paid for it. Not to mention that the guy has realised it was a stupid idea thinking that he would go out and buy himself an r34 gtr before buying a wiser investment and anyone who read this whole thread would have come to the same conclusion btw this is directed to phantom32's reply

i work at a honda dealership and have for the lasty 3 1/2 years and i cannot say a bad word about the euro's. They are a very reliable car. But like everyone else has said it depends what you want the car for because they are both completely different

mate you should chuck it up on ebay...its amazing how much people there pay for a used phone...i got twice as much as i expected when i sold my old phone there

hey mate you cant really say that you wasted the $800..wat if you did have a problem with the car true story i work for a honda dealership and we sold a second hand s2000 to a bloke about 25 years old with the usual used car warranty. A week later he came back sayin the gearbox was making noises. We checked it out and realised second gear was gone. So the box had to be repairs and also needed a new clutch and it cost about 3-4gz in parts and labour which the customer didnt have to pay for because he bought the warranty... so just imagine if you didnt pay for the warranty and something like that happened then you'd be up shit creek... also read the fine print before signing because there's some dodgy warranty companies out there
