  1. im pretty sure most people on this forum have seen that car many times over and dont really need it to be reposted all the time it is an awesome looking skyline though
  2. use an electronic clener (i think thats what its called). about $10 from memory in an aerosole can to get all the crap cleaned out from inside the afm. then just wait to dry and put it back in....
  3. try this link http://www.ngk.com.au/part_index.htm?http:...der/sensors.php
  4. i would be very skeptical about this as there is no actual proof from what i can see unless i missed something. just doesnt sit right with me <_< and like GTRgeoff said a broken rb25det might eventuate from it
  5.  its ok dude he will know what we know soon enough
  6. had the same sort of problem about a week ago and we put in new coil packs, new plugs, changed the afm and the ignitor pack. didnt help so we hooked up some diagnostic equipement and went for a cruise. worked out a fw things and changed the timing and revs a little and it fixed it. just seemed to be out of timming and in need of a tune up. might be the same for you
  7. mine is an exedy twin plate extra heavy duty racing clutch and yes it hard to drive in traffic. defintely wouldnt recommend it on a daily driven car. was a very steep learning curve when i first got it. cost me about $1800 including installed but its a bloody beast of a clutch. have had it in for about 5 months now and seems indestructable.
  8. i can honestly say my car goes all right for what it is but that doesnt mean im going to drag every bogan that pulls up beside me at the lights. like spooks skyline said just happy to cruise round in my line knowing i have the power there if i ever feel the need
  9. i take back my previous statement about tomatoes being worse that rotten eggs...... just cleaned out MY fridge for the first time in a few months and found some nice rotten eggs ....wish i had them the other day
  10. my r33 still has that skyline smell....love it!!! hate the smell of australian cars by comparison
  11. was driving my car one night and just put my foot down to over take someone and it started slipping. could smell some nice clutch smoke. so thats how mine went. just couldnt handle it any more. when we replaced it we had a look at it and it was well and truely screwed (lived a pretty hard life) it was replaced with an exedy etra heavy duty twin plate clutch and has been sweet ever since.
  12. ahahahaha  for sure. happens all too much for my liking (spelling) though i my self like the rotten tomaotes a little more  they tend to smell a lot more in the sun from my experience
  13. amen to that StageZilla!!! i love spending money on my line and then being able to go for a cruise and have some fun enjoying my hard work. sure poeple could say its a waste spending lots of money with upgrades that you cant use everyday but hell its as fun as!!! being able to push it a little bit and feel it take off is the best feeling ever. have converted many of my friends by taking them for a ride in my line. they are all thinking about getting a decent car and spending some money upgrading it to.
  14. had a wonderful experience the other day. was parked outside my girls place and we were in the front yard talking when a car full of retards cruise past in a commonwhore and throw bout 5 or 6 green tomatoes:angry: . luckily they didnt do any damage to my car <_< needless to say they got what was coming to them the next day when we found out where they lived after getting their number plate lol they wont be doing that again in a hurry
  15. damn im beginning to like it more every time i see it....bye bye money as long as it has a twin turbo engine i will be happy
  16. ultimate has come down to about $1.34 up here. a hell of a lot better than $1.45 a few weeks back but still hoping it comes down more
  17. it will fit you just have to basically modify the support for the bar to fit. i have one on my gtst and doesnt seem to difficult to do
  18. doesnt look to bad but ill wait till i see it in the flesh. they better fix up a few thigs first before i hand over my hard earned. <_< at least they have another two years to get it right and make it look tougher. the way a gtr is meant to be!!!!!
  19. i would also like to know where you got these from if its possible. looks good by the way!!
  20. im keen too, would love to have these!!! count me in robocop
  21. that was bloody sweet!!!
  22. if you have the money for a gtr i would definetly say get one. after being in a mates gtr i was blown away at how much power it has and how good generally the whole rb26 package is. sure it might cost a bit more to maintain at the start until you get everything runing sweet but it is well worth it in the end. i cant wait to sell my r33 gtst and get a nice r32 gtr!!!!
  23. i have a vented carbon bonnet and have never had any problems with water getting to any of the electrical components. i would suggest spraying them with something like lanasol though, especially if it is being parked outside. just to be on the safe side
