sounds like a good idea having one of these booklets around when you actually need it. certainly stop a lot of the bullshit we have to put up with and stop cops from just handing out defects or fines when they "feel" its necessary

I was sick of being pulled over and told that i had to have it bolted down and them trying to tell me that its illegal. went and had a chat with a cop about this issue and he said the exact same thing. doesnt have to be bolted down as there is no ruling about it and they cant hand out defects or fines for it. it was nice to meet a good cop for once who respected the fact that i was trying to do everything right so i didnt get any unwanted attention. nice to know they still exist....
