mines a bit iffy too... turns off at revs which is good but takes a bit of time to get going again.... and drops the revs heaps in my car..... bit annoying sometimes it was hot but PLENTY of people were out.... loving the sun... my yobbo singlet tan is making a comeback

Hey all you sunny state skyline owners... me and a mate went up there last weekend and stayed at my mates near bond uni and made a couple of trips down to surfers..... and damn i saw alot of skylines.... all tastefully modded.... no massive chromes or useless bodykits...... very very nice cars... if you were driving through surfers last sat night i most likely saw u.... saw heaps of 32s... a blue one with black boot and wing... few more.... some really nice 33s (a couple with nice looking chicks driving them too!!!) anyways keep it up and might post up see if someone will take us for a cruise next time we are up there... farken love surfers and that area in general... nice roads, lovely women, and the SUN!!! im still peeling from being burnt!!!!!!! thanks Ed (from nsw)

shit that looks like a car that kept speering off the track when i was down there a couple of months ago..... was it you? that pic of the dust cloud looks fimilar at least you kept at it..... ive done a 1.19 in my car a 1.15 in my mates 350z and he did a 1.12 in it......

the front suspension setups are knocking around in my car.... when i was doing the brakes on the weekend i gave them a wiggle... looks like the wide suspension support arms that have 2 sections to them and bolt onto the chassis and behind the brakes are gone.... so im assuming its the bushes... what shall i replace them with? origionals or some more well built bushes such as nurathane? bushes or watever.... and what are they called? i have no idea? thanks all Ed

what else could 1st, 2nd 3rd be? sets of tyres? in a mind set where you are shitting yourself because you just lost it... traction could help by limiting wheelspin, and therefore increasing grip and making the car actually move forward rather than just sitting there spooling off its head....... and abs does help in alot of situations...... (i heard you love hitting it down the main straight on wakefield just before the 1st corner... now if you didnt have it then you would be skidding and smoking off the track ) it was a pretty close call i must say!

Driving in Lindfield on the pacific highway in that massive storm when i go to turn into an off street and turn around and go back down.... black r33 was turning onto the highway.... spins 1st.... 2nd..... bit sideways..... gets onto the side of the highway that they wanted.... back comes out.... spins entire car around.... missing a telegraph pole by under a meter.... total 180..... stops for a sec and spins 1st,2nd,3rd trying to get out of the middle of the road... decides to go back where they came from after narrowly missing alot of things and being lucky not to get collected by traffic!!!!! point of the story is..... either get an abs, traction controlled car (like the one i was driving at the time) or drive REALLY carefully in the rain as things can happen in a split second... Anything similar happened to anyone???

Hey inissane i just sent u a really long PM Just another thought to add to my list... get some carby cleaner and spray it at your AFM because it might be a bit dirty now to the splittering...... See if he has any other chips that you can test it out on your car... if he dosent then come test mine..... My ecu wasnt used to it and it wouldnt go as hard as it does now for a day or two... but nothing as bad as yours!! all the soldering is a pain in the ass huh.....

Hey alll.... Firstly yes i have searched etc etc etc... anyways i have a 32 with the type m brakes..... now im looking at doing a bit of work as i mayaswell do it all in one hit.... My mechanic got a quote from DBA for front rotors, pads for all wheels etc... $1700 without labour as the rotors are $350 each or sumthing...... So im looking into the RDA rotors which i found a topic on and they seem to be the sheeeet.... Im still undecided which pads im going to go for.. the car is mainly street and has seen the track a couple of times... now i want something that is good on the street but wont shit themselves on the track..... Im basically upgrading pads and front rotors and getting rears machined..... Can you tell me your experiences, prices, best brands etc etc.... Im not looking to spend bucket loads but it is a very important part of the car i know that thanks yall Ed

got it dynod ages ago..... compared to the 118rwkw that the pervious owner had.... mine pulled 144.9rwkw.. all i had done since i got the car was service, new plugs etc etc etc.... removed a resinator (straight through mind you) and chipped it.... the a/f ratio was ALLLLLLLLLLLOT better more even etc not spiking and it boosted sooner and went on stronger very happy with the result...... flukey.... pm armbrusb and see if he has anymore.... if he does ill help u stick it in Ed

white r33 S2 in chatty today thrashing it nice kitted, rimmed, coolered gunmetal 33 in st leannoards anyone on here?

I bought a chip off armbrusb on this forum...... Unsoldered the origional.. got a cradle.. soldered it in... slotted new chip in..... once the computer got used to it BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!....... pulls higher up the rev range.... boosts sooner better on the petrol sounds nicer etc etc My estimate pushing about 20+kw with it!! a couple of hrs work (and alot of sware words) and a $50 chip i heard he has more best $50 ever spent!!!!!!!!!!!! Oxford st makes a very interesting driving experience thats for sure...... I was just cruisn along with a bit of a g up rev.... wasnt going hard at all i leave that to the track as i value my licence and way too many coppers... i need one of those sau stickers spotted him too going along m5? damn nice sound from that car.. big ass turbo and exhaust :D spotted so many skylines on the weekends... one going sideways near bondi jct today... got a nod from a 32 in the city..... saw a few more 33s..... damn theres alot around
