the space in a r32 boot is very tight. there are pics of my install on here somewhere and i mounted the sub in a beva box on the left side of the boot facing in and over the 2 amps... i would have liked it up towards the back seats but barely enough room to get in there, even when i did the entire custom wood floor in my boot i battled with space. Ed

ive got an aftermarket chip in the thing so dont know if that can be tuned as such....... spoke to my mechanic today and told him about the weird noises ive been hearing.... i put my head to the engine today to wat sounded like a slipping belt but it was actually the CAM screeching.... I put in TURBO LIGHT oil last time i did a change (under 5k ago) and he says that oil is shit for skylines, the oil is so thin and black already too! aparently DOODZ put the same oil in and his engine was knocking!!!!!!!!!! So im guna go tomorrow and get some nice thick oil put in, coolant changed, gearbox and diff and just a general service.... she will be much better after that.... Dont use turbo light oil in your skyline! Ed

The ol girl is starting to have a real petrol whiff after i give it, more than normal...... If im looking to take it to my mechanic for a full service and tune wat will he do? reason asking is how much of it can i do at home? Oil and filer easy... Coolant, take off hose and drain, put hose in top and wash out then attach hose and refill, gearbox and diff oil, no way without special filler tools, tune? no idea little help please thanks ed

It is my theory that most jap imports have an exact twin... My point was proven today... just driving back from the city (syd) through redfearn and another white 32 pulls up next to me and has a little chat.. it was an older guy (not on Ps), top bloke with a white 32 exactly the same as mine........ Gtr side skirts, white, type M same interiors and stuff...... and the award winner is the front bar on mine is a genuine fiberglass Veilside GTR copy where the bottom of the bar isnt straight across it comes up a bit in the middle.... he had the EXACT same kit... very rare too.... Only differences was wing (he had gtst wing and ive got nothin after gtr one i took off) wheels and his was slightly lowered... and with no sunroof...... My theory is further proven, my mate has a white 180, white 16" rims, cooler, locked diff and SR20 under it... he was driving through parra one day and a white 180 with same rims, cooler and the thud of the locked diff passed him..... Now im not talking same mods or looks but something that is DEFINATELY the same as yours........ No r33 comments as we know they are as common as taxis (stir ) But have YOU seen your cars Twin?!?!?!?! Ed

i wanted a black one but i couldnt find one in black so i settled for white.... its so easy... can drive for weeks dirty and you dont notice and barely see scratches and only spend a short time washin it... saying that my XR6T will be black :D:D

love that road.. smashed along it in my uncles Audi TT back when i was on my Ls.. that car was awesome for that road.. such a beautiful area too... will be down there after F1 me thinks

chunks or blocks shouldnt be coming off the tyres........ my mate has a 350z with the potenzas on them and he took it to the track and pretty much blocks of tread were ripping off... no drifting or anything its just the tyres were shit..... took it to the tyre place and they said the tyres were faulty etc and tried to get bridgestone to replace them free but since its been to the track they were being wankers about it.... anyways he replaced them with Pirelli Pilot sport (i think) $2,500 worth of tyres and has NEVER been happier.. the tyres are awesome!!!!!!!!!! my2c Ed

running 13psi, got it chipped, exhaust, pod, bov, fuel pump and pushing 145rwkw with those mods any other ideas on spending 500?

yeah already got a bit of a cai mod.... although with an aftermarket cooler and some a/c piping through one of the empty holes there will be a proper flow of air
