Why does the evo have windy windows and no power windows... no radio at all either? the back is squashed in a total straight line its weird!

ive got 2 amps in my car with no problems... ive had an older series one running for a few yrs no problems... heaps of power and good price... my mate has some splits in his 33 and they sound good.... blew the tweeters but just got some nicer ones Ed

it will most prob have a shit headunit.... some speakers at the front that will be nearing the end of their life and if your lucky you might get some speakers at the back but they will be totally f**ked... the car does not have subwoofers standard... With a new headunit, some sound deadening and some nice splits up the front will do you well..... then id go for some rear speakers just for rear fill.... an amp or two and a sub.... and you will have an awesome system.... speed sensor wire...... get it from the computer... behind passengers side kick panel.......

with $5 worth of offcut mdf $20 jigsaw and the template that u can download off this site u will have an adapter that just works :D:D

yeah they should fit..... its not hard to make the custom plates and they would add maybe 200g to the car fark if ur that lazy swing past mine and ill cut some up for u... sure to sound better than those 4x6s

there is a wire that goes to the computer.... wire 53 i think? this is the speed sensor wire... ive got a greddy turbo timer and a R32 so i know it works.... just splice the wire and join it to the turbo timer wire and your TT will recognise the speed once you synchronise it Ed

Ive searched and searched... anyways i managed to take my climate control apart in my 32 and took the lights out.. they seem to be small lights with blue covers on them.... went to jaycar for some 3mm leds and put them in but they blew right away.... anyone got any other suggestions? thanks ed

fark i didnt realise that you guys were heading down... i was down on saturday and had an awesome time... the evo boys were there and i thought an evo would have been quicker but even i was passing them..... quite a few people and a bit of inexperience which made me laugh... I managed a 1:15 could have done a 14 if i pushed a tad harder.... wasnt in my car... was driving a mates car... its a nissan so take a guess wat it is Anyone going down for the supersprint this sat?

mmm your talking about the metal reinforcement that sits under the wood/fabric shelf that is on the back... people cut into the metal to put bigger speakers etc in there... modifying the wood shelf ontop does nothing..

ill take pics tomorrow when i put my seat covers back on...... $7 of wood.... leftover vynal from boot install, screws for my speakers that were donated to me, and about 1hr of work all up..... took a bit to screw it in an stuff...... overall result.... very happy

Well ive just made a new rear parcel shelf for my R32..... took the seats out to take the covers off and thought why not... its taken all of 30 mins and thats inclusive of buying the offcut of mdf...... all i have to do is vynal it and im finished.... this way no more vibrations... better sound.. i can finally screw my rear speakers down not just cable tie them... better bass and improved looks..... such an easy mod all..... If anyone wants me to do it.... $25+ parts (petrol is expensive nowadays ) Ed

it gets rather annoying bur funny.... driving home last night minding my own business not doing anything..... commodore pulls up next to me.. lights change and commodore guns it off..... full of young bogans all laughing... few more sets of lights and i didnt do shit.... finally they gave me the shits.... gave it a hit in 1st... and that was it otherwise they would have run into a parked car... scared the shit out of them with the turbo noise and they didnt do anything anymore....
