as stated above new, used aftermarket? anything on offer?

My water pulley belt came off today and the coolant started pissing out, around the pulley. the fan and the pulley attachment are all loose. and the car has no coolant what so ever. what side of the bolt on the four fan nuts do the washers go on? is it possible tha the pulley mechanism is screwed? If I put everything back properly this time and tightley and re-fill the coolant and hook up the belt will everything be normal? ideas? help? thanks
