A HKS 3037 is a mother of a turbo somewhat like a GT30 and being newer it probably flows alot better then GTR turbo's and spool faster relatively. 250 4wkw is alot of power it would be around 500hp - 550hp at the crank ! have a look at a list of super cars and tell me how many cars have around that much power.

wheels and exhaust are ugly but quiet a nice package.

If you look on the over of the fuse box that is in the cabine on the drivers side it has a diagram with the hicas fuse pointed out. Just pull the cable from the hicas computer and be done with it

Cam just pull the bloody wire trying to fix HICAS is a nightmare. D-Masta i have had no side effects from this mod i have had the car at over 200km/h on the race track no problems at all

You R32 guys are going to love me listen carefully In the boot the hicas computer can be found under the rear parcel shelf. The hicas computer (silver rectangle) has 2 cables plugged in a bigger one and a smalller one. Unplug the smaller cable and leave the bigger one plugged in. You have now diasbled the HICAS with no side effects.

I have tein springs and some jap shocks and my car is very very stiff just ask anyone who has been for a ride in it. the best i have managed to run so far is 14.2 with a 2.1 60ft @ 159km/h that was with around 145rwkw. This is with 205 compliance tires but with a 50 profile tire and i let the pressure down, i didn't have any wheel spin i took of at 5000-5500rpm and bogged down All you need is a set of tires with high a profile. Just for a comparison my mate with a R32 gtst with around 160-170rwkw ran 13.3 on street tires with a 1.8 60 ft and he took off at around 6000rpm. And the HICAS thing i am pretty sure is a fuse because when i pulled my hicas fuse i lost power stearing and the light came on.

If you can't afford good rubber all around i would rather get really good on the front and average on the ass then average all around. What would you like a car the understears or overstear most of the time overstear is alot easier to control and looks heaps !! better.

Yeap thats the way to go Good tires on the front average ones on the back. Have 100% control on the front is much more important then the rear

Getting wider tires on the rear won't help straight line traction much but it will help cornering, if you get a higher tire wall say a 50 profile you will have better grip off the line as the tire can deform more if you get my drift.. Have a look at the tires drag cars use.
