  4. I am after an R32 GTR airbox. Would prefer to swap for the HKS Pods (with new HKS filters) that i have. Can buy outright if no one wants to swap. Pm me if interested. Ben.
  5. One set of standard R32 GTR turbos ideal for rebuild. One turbo has blown exhaust wheel and the other turbo has lots of shaft play. $120 Pair of standard R32 GTR exhaust manifolds. Turbo side has been ported on both for better flow. $50 Factory rubber intercooler joins x3. $15 each Fuel Pump without filter sock $50 Fuel Reg $30 I also have HKS pods that i want to swap for the standard GTR airbox.   7. i also looked at getting these, but i think all the horror stories on gtr.uk.co etc have put me off. For peoples information they cost about $1200 delivered from the factory to your door either via bob jane or through rota.
  8. yes, base timing was checked. The cam gears and timing was done on a dyno. thanks for your help guys.
  9. Issue: Car (R32 gtr) sometimes misses at idol. Before the engine reaches full operating temp it coughs/farts and jerks when lightly excellerating. Once full operating temp is reached the coughing and jerking is much less but it still misses on idol, back fires a lot, and pings on free rev and while in gear above 6000rpm. Current Mods: Mines remap, steel wheeled/highflowed standard turbos, trust front pipes, trust cat back, pods, new spark plugs gapped to 8mm, adjustable cam gears, actuators set to 18psi. Adjustable cam gears were tuned with old spark plugs (6deg advance on intake side and 3.5 retard on exhaust), which caused misfire close to redline but felt strong at low revs. i replaced my old spark plugs with 8mm platinums and issues started to develop after this. Car feels like it has lost low end torque and top end power To me it seems that at low revs the tune is to rich, and at high revs far to lean. Tuning has been removed from the cam gears which hasnt made a difference. Any help would be much appreciated.
  10. the speaker sits directly infront of where your left knee is when your sitting in the drivers seat. Just take the bottom plastic panel off and you will find the speaker attatched to the back. disconnect the wiring from the speaker and enjoy the silence! (i am assuming R32)
