  1. So has anyone actually cut the battery tray so the intercooler pipe can go through there. Not the side like cruiseliner but the top section the actual battery tray?
  2. If the gb has not gone ahead yet ill be down
  3. That is an awesome idea, please do this please lol
  4. SKA- i was looking at your pics of your fmic piping under the battery tray, and i was wondering if your piping sits lower than your chassis? But i think what stagon is talking about is running the piping through the battery tray ie:cutting a hole in the battery tray meaning he would have to turn the battery so it sits side on so the piping fits through with the battery still there. like with most fmic kits you buy for 180's and skylines etc...
  5. i will be running my cooler piping under the battery tray when i go fmic on my stagea
  6. To get the head on the pulsar rebuilt was $600, but that was to fit some new valves as some were bent from a previous incident were the timing belt snapped on me. That price is just the head being re-built, no labour costs as i am doing the work myself. As to someone saying that a head gasket is easy to do, it is not easy at all, very time consuming timing belt has to be removed/re-placed, cams removed, valve springs everything else that needs to be removed. I would not be recomending it for someone with no mechanical experience. Once again my opinion and each to their own. Simon
  7. I personally would not say head gasket. I would be saying turbo is gone for sure. I am in the middle of putting back together a pulsar that i have which did a head gasket. When the gasket went it was not blowing smoke especially not white smoke. White smoke=Turbo Id be happy to be proven wrong From what i understand white smoke usually means turbo

  17. Does any one have these fitted to their car? I will def be in as soon as i have cash, thank god for the long time frame gb lol. Will i need a high volume oil pump because of the relo kit the oil filter will not be next to the block? So will the oil reach the filters no worries if i have the relo kit on the firewall or strut tower for example? If i was to go for the smaller oil cooler core (polished core) that you posted a pic of will it still cool fine for street applications as i also believe that the other core will be too big for my use and to try and find space in the engine bay for it lol. Cheers Simon
