I think they change all fluids as part of compliance? I don't know if I'd trust the compliance place to do a good job anyway so maybe change them yourself with good quality fluids if you're mechanically minded or take it to a mechanic you trust. Depending on how many km's it's done and whether or not you think they're genuine etc may be wise to change your timing belt/water pump etc as preventative maintenance. Maybe put it on the dyno to make sure it's running safe, fuel pump is healthy etc.

I would change oil at least every 5000kms since it's turbo.
Any increase in psi will reduce the life of the turbo, so it's up to you. Anything over 14psi I believe will result in the ceramic exhaust wheel coming off? Also may want to look at getting a FMIC if you raise the boost.
Check the for sale section for the wing, or just call somewhere that sells bodkits like Jetspeed and see if they have any.
