Yeah i normally go through NISSAN as well. It is a little more expensive but it saves waiting really and having to deal with customs if bought from the US Surely u know someone that can get it wholesale old kid???

YEP the 040 would be fine, to be on the safe side then go the 023 (flow more but same size) and you shouldn't have any problems at all. As Wog said change all your hoses and clamps as well cause it can/has/will come back to bite you

Honestly unless your having fueling issue's or chasin big HP or thinking of drift/drag then i wouldn't really worry about a surge tank for a daily. Both the 040/023 would flow enough to support your mods without having the need for a surge tank would it not???
