  1. best date is when it ends in the bedroom or the stairwells, or the secluded beach, or the back of the wagon, or *
  2. its all a con http://cgi.ebay.com.au/2001-KAWASAKI-ZX-9R...93%3A1|294%3A50 bidding on this !! have no idea if I'll be ok to ride, but f*k it I want a bike again !! even for only a ride a month
  3. easy spend the dollars on a second hand pre-remapped RB20 ECU from japland plus add in a safc then tune tune tune, retune to be safe, and you'll love the bang for buck outcome that a remap + piggyback gives you or go NISTUNE and get the bloke to do it anyway - he's got to crack his cheery sometime !!! my options: a) remap + piggyback b) nistune
  4. they are only 370's I think. no point to those. you want the red top / burgundy top injectors Ive got 2x JDM S15 450/480cc injectors for sale plus buy 4x from ebay trader JPS Trading Ltd
  5. yeah I gotta say having 240kw at the wheels available as per the standard tune is pretty fricken sweet more boost rises to 250rwkw and thats unreal, so once I redo my injectors Im expecting 250rwkw day in day out from an awd Stagea, automatic, thats an awesome onroad combination oh as for costs I make it 15k to 25k 3k turbo 2.5k suspension 1.5k brakes 1k fmic 1k exhaust 2k ecu, remap, piggybacks, tuning etc 1k internal items, ie seat, guage etc 2k engine items, ie fpr, splitfires, injectors etc 1k for bits here & there such as 100,000km service, or 2k if using N1 oil/water pumps 5k head work incl porting, poncams, gaskets etc 5k bottom end rebuild incl 87mm pistons, rods, bearings that there gives you 250kw for 15grand or 300kw for 25grand, potentially 350rwkw
  6. man, I gotta say, to all those poor folk surviving on a pension - fark it isnt easy not complaining, not at all, but for the desperate out there in diar straits it just doesnt work. seriously you find yourself watching every single dollar damned lucky I paid out my morgage, but how could some one on a pension afford rent/bills/etc? you know its been 1yr now since I went onto disability support. erroded all my savings, lol stupid car but i have my house -- Hoorah
  7. nice r32, white w/ black bonnet, gold nismo stickers looks decent
  8. Bill at ATS, Marion SA, had done the M35 garrett high flow with good results
  9. hmm, Ive got those specs wrong ey, from the Garrett web page. definately .60 not .50 lol best to speak to Bill directly at ATS (adelaide turbo services) - was recommended to go there by a few "names" and dropped them all to him, so he wouldbt be short changing me TBH..... he gave me cash discount, a discount on new parts I gave him, and supplied a pretty mean gt30-based custom turbo Im damned happy with the purchase, and will stay happy like a pig in shit until I do the bottom end @ max out the turbo efficiency next plans: * add 6x S15 injectors, tune to 260kw * rebuild bottom end; pistons, rods, N1 pumps & remap 280kw * rebuild auto gearbox, freshen up silky snow pearl paint * over the next 5yrs or so.....
  10. this topic again, ey tell them they're dreaming !! nah, have a quick read of this thread, explains it all: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Di...ic-t276643.html "some pictures that show the easy way to identify a ceramic turbo over a steel wheeled variety. This may be helpful if buying used turbos or if you are unsure if your car has allready been fitted with steel wheel turbo(s). Pull off the front pipe and with an inspection mirror and a torch, and a bit of holding your tounge the right way, you will be able to see it. Pic 1 - This is a ceramic exhaust turbine - notice the double hex (12 point) end on the turbine. Pic 2 - This is a steel / inconel exhaust turbine - note the single hex (6 point) end on the turbine Pic 3 - Also a steel / inconel exhaust turbine - note the triangle end on the turbine The above is true for Garrett Turbochargers as found on Nissan Skylines RB20, RB25 and RB26 - with the exception of the N1 GTR and Nismo Built cars, all R32, R33 and R34 skylines were fitted with ceramic turbo(s) from factory. Hope this post is helpful!"
  11. yeah but I went from a "gtst hiflow" ...... as far as Im aware, my invoice states GT3076, and Bill the owner of ATS who made it say its their version of a bolt on skyline hybrid/highflow GT3076 turbo capable of 280rwkw+on cool days like today at 1.2bar boost its at around 250rwkw more fuel from the 450-480cc s15 injectors will comfortably see 260rwkw plus ....... from the family awd auto wagon
  12. meh, its pretty fricken quick in my book. on road the turbo pulls the lard-arse stag up past 180 (speedo end) very quickly, its a 12sec 1/4mile wagon (well, we'd know for sure if adelaide had a track....) Ive got some 8x S15 injectors to flowtest & drop in best 6, more tuning, and I'll be damned happy with whatever result; she's my Stag. to the haters, meh / booh at the end my hard earned is only so much & only goes so far, so to have the potential end result of ~260kw-? is pretty pleasing. docile yet devilish
  13. toshi does long distance tunes, did for me anyway. sorted out the tune on a dyno Id seriously suggest ditching the BOV and get a stock one installed, dont use an atmospheric bov. Grab the Bosch 040 fuel pump and a Nismo FPR, total $400 all together Also get rid of the little pod filter "air breather" on the cam covers. then get on a dyno one day you might want to save for a thick head gasket re: compression / detonation
  14. f*k me I paid $100 per rim fro BJT-marts !! new !!! 1300 per rim is sheer stupidity IMHO sorry
  15. nice job, clean install, cute kid too (I can say that, got two little lads myself, they loved helping with the fmic install) here is mine using crossover pipe system and Trust fmic rated (proven) at 300rwkw,
  16. Over the years Ive heard Jim Berry clutches are the BEST. go for one of these IMHO, GTR R33 pull type, organic-based
  17. hey Vu good work hey. makes the car a pleasure to drive eh still falling all over back in love with my stag, still, since the 240rwkw tune. got injectors ready to drop in and retune, just no money tho. as it is, 2ft flames outa the pipe probably isnt a good thing oh yeah, rev limiter - mines been bumped UP by 750rpm I think, from 6500 to 7250
  18. dude if I wasnt on a pension yah Id buy dem rims sorry almost impossible to get a personal loan too !!
  19. top video mate
  20. stick to the hills at 21 I was hitting 300kmph ....
  21. cheers all hope everyone was all cool with the drive.. will arrange a Northern / Eastern Hills Cruise, soonish - how about ending at the Strathalbyn Hotel for a mid-arvo lunch? 200kms thru the northern/eastern hills ranges, chain of ponds, lobethal, handorf/mylor, down to strath for dine-in service perhaps (awesome onion rings !!), finish back up at mt lofty afterwards and disperse from there 250-300kms all up this time... thoughts? Got some choice roads in mind tbh ........ tangles
