Fair enough. Just trying to help.
Good choice on the Tamiya one. My gripes with the kerbside fujimi and aoshima ones aren't just about the lack of detail, its also in deformed proportions and such they have.
I buy from HLJ or hobbyworld because I've had nothing but grief from shady Hong Kong ebay sellers.
Yeah, $10 buy it now...$50 to ship it...In a brown paper bag with tape over the end, and labelled as a gift to avoid duties... Bought 3 kits from Honkers, 2 have been crushed, one irretrievably, got sodomised on shipping costs each time, took weeks to ship each time...Never, ever again. In contrast I've had 20+ kits ex-Japan with no problems.
decided not to get that one but this one
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=310088364014
comes with race seats and xtra gauges and aluminium for the exhuast pipes
its also from HK so we will see
the porsche 911 gt2 that ive got came from HK and that was all fine - took 1 week to ship and shipping was $10, same as this one
we will see.....otherwise it will be HLJ (do they take paypal?)

lol

and i dont care if its a KPGC10 or KPGC110 - both are as awesome as each other lol

Dont forget this review is only useful to us WA guys as radar detectors are only legal in WA and nowhere else in Aus

my first thought was too far advanced timing
but then you said that it was a warm start problem
i think it might be a combination of what lunjiaow (vince) said and what ive said
(sometimes a hard start is too advanced timing - a very easy start is timing too retarded)

I want to get aftermarket rods cause i'm still running the Rb30 rods which aren't designed to rev into the 7-8000rpm range.
And I don't want a rod going through the block, not good.
you will be suprised with the rb30 rods aswell
turbo guys have had them in 8000+rpm in 25/30 and 26/30's boosting big numbers no worries
-
stock rb25 rods are nitrided from factory and i think are also shot peened and will handle 8-8500rpm for short periods
cams will shift the power band up, but even at 8-8500 i would imagine that they would be out of puff anyway
i see no need for aftermarket rods

I think if you was getting car jacked, and you called the police, the police would come and yellow you and then have a go and say "thats what you get for driving nice cars....HOON"
but I heard Batman is on holiday..
nope - driving the Reventon
thats why we cant see him......
dale - i wouldn't mind if somebody jacked me - id just hand everything over then get payed out by insurance
-
car-jacking??
id just drive over the bastard

the thing about the individual throttles and the map sensor is that you need a vac line from after each throttle that then goes into one line.......
thats my understanding anyway (at least to get a good stable reading - you could grab it off one, then use a multiplication factor or something, but it never would be as right as a line from after each throttle)
if you havent yet, have a gander at this site

right click My Computerselect Manage (you get Computer Management)
select Disk Management
Plug in a USB key
Also I notice you have a motherboard with a VIA chipset which could be the issue
Download the 1.10 filter patch from here and see what that does
that could also be the problem - if its an old computer (like say 04/05) VIA were having lotsa updates in regards to the usb drivers

Got a big collection of car mags in my room taking up space
need them gone asap
prefer not to separate but if somebody wants individual ones then i suppose i could do something
