  1. i wish my rs4s was black
  2. i have some family business to take care of up there so i decided to drive the stag up. ill be staying on the northern beaches, but ill be out and about seeing as though i grew up in penrith, ill probably be out crusing the good ol great western, and might hit up orange grove maccas for ol times sake, so keep an eye out for a silver c34 vic plates "QIKNLO" and dont forget to beep
  3. what is your offset... those 17's are a shitload wider than mine, my wheels sit inside the guards, even with the car raised up....... and they are a +12 :S also, if your telling m, in that top pic you have 3 deg neg camber, i must have about 15 deg neg, because all my wear on the old tyres was only about 1.5 to 2" wide lol, rest of the tyre was new hahaha. my car has a takeros body kit, the side skirts are like a step they are that wide, the bottom of the tyre is inline with the kit, the top was atleast an inch in and under the guard, and almost on the spring perch... its was a bit ummm... unrealistic really, but fun to have it dumped for a while.. not very practical, i had to raise the coilovers 45mm in the rear to even get the top of the tyre close to flush with the guard as i said, fun for a while, although it was like driving a commodore lol, but it looks like a 4wd again now.
  4. got new tyres fitted today, bought some falken FK-452's.. hopefully they will be fairly grippy has a little issue going from 235 up to 245... 2 much low, camber in the ass was that bad, that the tyres were on the coilover spring perch haha, and i have 19x8.5 @ +12 offset if thats any indication of the camber haha.
  5. ended up buying some falken FK-452's
  6. stratch that, did some measurements, the tyre diameter is to big to get under my guards
  7. my local bridgestone tyre center has a set of Federal 595's in a 245/40/19 that were a trade in... 85% tread even wear for $100 a tyre... worth it?.. the only downside is 40 profile in a 245 puts me 6.52% larger in diameter. im not worried about the speedo so much, its more the effect on braking.
  8. good point, didnt think about the sump not bolting up and heres ur answer from another thread i found woo i learnt somthing today haha.
  9. yeah i would buy cusco if anything, theres a set up for grabs atm on ebay for $300... i might try to get a shot of the camber... i dont thinl its alot, i had alot more on my HR31 Passage GT and never had an issue... apart from going through tyres like a bitch haha.
  10. if its got a perfectly good awd box why not hook up an engine... the earlier c34's just had a s2 r33 rb25det or DE with an auto from a GTS4 didnt they? which means you could run an NA GTS4 ecu if you didnt go turbo.. im only learning, someone will come with the answers haha, cos im not 100% sure on that info.
  11. i should have thrown this up before. these are the panels. http://usa.auto-style.jp/?pkey=item_info&i_code=TAK241118K0001&maker_url=takeros ive contacted them directly, also contacted takeros japan, and an importer who can buy them in japan and have them sent, so ill see how i go price wise and let you all know.
  12. im thinking about buying a set of federal 595's or maybe some toyo proxes in a 245/35/19.... thoughts?
  13. yeah i though 93w would be ok, the other i think are rated at only 420kg which is probably a bit under. the camber is not to bad really, ive had much more camber on other cars without an issue, but the stagea is obviously quite alot heavier. what camber arms fit into the c34??\ cheers.
  14. hi guys, im having issues with my cheap an nasty tyres haha. my car has a fair bit of low, and quite a bit of camber, and ive busted the internal sidewall on my front left. seeing as though the car is going into for more power, i figured its time to throw on a decent set of tyres. my current ones are load rated @ 91Y which im guessing is to low for the stageas weight. the tyres im looking at are 93W (extra load rated) made by bridgestone but under another name?? and just general road tyres, also have a nice heavy sidewall, will these be ok with the weight of the stag, im also raising the car back up because its a bit ridiculously low and the camber wear is crazy lol. cheers.
  15. WTF... i could have fed myself, my wife and my 2 boys with that monster hahaha
  16. hi guys, im thinking about buys some of these along with some other bits from auto-style. these are on the USA site, but they also have a japanese website which is where im trying to get the bits from, USA shipping is insanly priced. anyway they are made by auto-stlye, designed by Takeros japan. $391 USD + postage. im not to sure as yet if these are sold in pairs or that is per side, but i have inquired and waiting to hear back from them. Ill try to get some bulk pricing and shipping quotes off them this week. this is purely just to see if there is interest for these items. my only other suggestion is that i will buy some(which i will do no matter what) and i will lend them to someone to make moulds of them before i put them on the car, this way we can have them made here in aus without the massive pricetag. cheers. let me know either way, and message me if you know of someone or want to make moulds from them, but it will need to be professionally done, im not going to give them to a backyarder to make moulds from because if you break it you bought it. cheers.
  17. pics or lies organise another event for next month wanted to go to this badly.
  18. im thinking about heading to the event for the weekend, if i can get my car up to scratch in time, i might enter the show n shine for kicks.
  19. ok thanks for that info. i went and checked it out, came across this for anyone else interested apparently according to the graph, the wire needs to carry min 15 amps to run at full capacity(outside effective range) but less than 25 amps. so in the effective range running 13.5v @ 255l/h its around 45-50psi and between 12.5 to 13 amps, so i guess going to supercheap and buying a roll of 25 amp wire for a whole $12 to run from the relay to the pump is definatly worth doing and should be even slightly overkill.
  20. hi mate, whatever suits you, if he can bring it, great pm me a number, and when/where he be and ive got the $100cash sitting here for you. otherwise, let me know how much im looking at for postage to 3818. cheers.
  21. interested in the drivers side wind deflector... but might not go to well in the post. some idiot snapped mine in a parking lot, really pissed because i know new ones cost a bucketload. let me know if you think it will post to victoria ok, and ill work somthign out with you. cheers.
