AEM is the big selling ECU in the states with many top race teams using them. Im not keen on any Piggyback unit.
AEM is Way to complex for the average Autosalon Tuners.
Most of the cars I put up have just been thru Photo shoots for Express publications so all the details will be out soon.
Their Improved production cars so the mods are not over the top.
GTiR may be ready for WAs round of the V8 Taxis.
In IPRAWA we had to make up a V8 Trophy so they had something to aim for as beating the restricted 4s dont happen often.
I spose we were a pack of ass holes after all.
I tryed a few aftermarket ECUs on my GTR and now have Nistune, Best Street setup Ive ever tryed. Competition cars need something like Link/Vipec Haltech Platinum or Motec tho.
Most are IP so the gains are not huge but still better than I expected but IP Power we don't talk about.
Sports sedans have had huge boost response improvement and very strong power/Torque gains. I use Powerplus Race fuel as its shown good gains over
The stuff mixed by Racefuels. E85 has well out performed VP109 etc. Try for yourself, I find power claims on the net lead to flaming so I'll leave it at that.
We have a basic RB25 powered S13 Sportssedan that way out run Ex Toll V8 Supercars using stock head and Poncams as an example.
Ive got my head around the restrictors in IP now.GTiR is swapping from a different class and not raced IP yet.
Ive got very good power from this EVO and many other WA IP Turbo cars.
I like the Video interface, Very nice to see track data on your race footage showing G force, Speed etc etc inc split times showing where you were faster or slower etc. Track Mapping helps so much with setup.
I use AEM stand alone ECUs and Love them, Downside is their way to complex for most Tuners.
Never used your setup but judging the Full ECUs Id think it will be great if you have a good tuner.
