  1. *transmission mount *gearbox crossmember *clutch slave cylinder *Clutch These are interchangable, and yes it does bolt up.
  2. ARP=Rocket industries etc... their pricey f#@kers :flamed:
  3. What about a 3.7 crown wheel for the 32 diff?
  4. What kind of revs in 5th are we looking at on highways, 110, 120,130, and 140 ks etc.. ? (rb25det box, r32 16" rims n tyres)
  5. No it's not, its the tt q45 one. Mine is using the same colour and rims.
  6. This ones for the guys with 32 and 33 gtst's. What (lower) diff ratio would be more suitable considering VL rb30's 3.45 and R33's 4.11 ratios. How could the manual speed sensor signal be corrected?, recalibrate the speedo signal/voltage?
  7. cheers some good reliable info there, actually its more than I needed but thats a good thing. I like this... Are there any cool tricks with the PowerFC? Free mods etc? A handy trick PowerFC owners use when they take car in for a service/work to be done they set the rev limit to 3000rpm and remove the hand controller. This prevents the workshop from taking your car out for a fang on the roads and driving it like they've stolen it as the PowerFC will cut the power at the 3000rpm rev limit interrupting the joy experienced by the joy rider of your precious car
  8. I'm installing a 25/30 using a powerfc into the 240 and have a few questions hopefuly someone might be able to answer... 1 Does a powerfc control air con, I'm not using air so will any problems arise?. 2 What else does the powerfc control beside the engine management? 3 Can these other items controlled by the powerfc be turned off? 4 What kind of signal does the rb25det manual speed sensor produce? 5 Does the signal run from the sensor, through the dash speedo then to the ecu? 6 Is the signal multiplied or divided along the circuit? PS: Using the hand controller
  9. Black pepper works for minor leaks but like all quick fixes it's only temporary. Alloy cores can be soldered depending on the size of the hole, You guys might have seen on bushmechanics a while ago they used lead from an old battery to block the holes up in the radiator. I've tried it and works great
  10. Slowly building up a 25/30 that will replace the old motor. The top end is from a S1 33 rb25DET auto with a powerfc, the R33 loom has shit loads of wires in it in particular the 2 plugs near the computer. The plug circled is where I'm stuck, I've searched this and other skyline forums but cant seem to find any pin outs for this plug or diagrams for the interior of a R33 GTST. I know most of the wires are probably not needed but I know the speedo signal is in there (and probably more wires needed too). The 240's wiring is frail so it's up for a complete rewire. A few questions hopefuly someone might be able to answer... 17. http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,15278...84-1242,00.html The owner of this S15 wins the "I have more money than brains" award, how many GTR's could this guy have bought for 250k? Meh gold plating, what a waste! Damn trailer bitches :kick:

  20. After putting all that time and $ into the cars, are you going to actually drive it ? or are you afraid you will get stone chips?
  21. paint stripper will help :headspin:
  22. This would have to be one of the longest threads I've ever seen and by far the most useful. Cubes and Sydneykid have been saying for quite some time that cams should become before upgrading the plenom, in particular TOMEI 256 cams. I have a Rb25 head with VVT that is ported and polished (mirror finish). Has anyone used these cams in a 25/30 and has dyno results to show?, I'm interested at looking at the mid range Hp and Torque.
