    ok so lets say it is scrapping the side, whats worst case senario?

    thing is, while off the car i would turn it and there is not scraping. and theres also no shaft play

    update.. i move the front wheel with just my fingers and every so often it would scrape finely, but not on every revoloution.. i'm not thinking it could be the front housing, at one stage i had it off to adjust the IC piping but i would think the circlip would lock it in place?? is it possible to be off center??

    i just finished replacing my old high flow witha td06 everything went fine when i kicked it over apart from 1 problem, when i turned it over the turbo was making a scrapping noise. almost like a duck noise it was consistent for the 1min then i turned it off i installed a 34 row oil cooler and oil filter relocator but didnt do anything to pump oil through them 1st. could this be the cause??

    having some trouble with installing some trust gauges.. seems to be 4 wires red black orange white and yellow problem is the instructions are in japanese.. i pressume red is power, black is ground, and yellow is warning.. but orange and white? thanks

    just to add the standard drain is about 100mm the one im using is about 300mm so voloume is also much more

    im running an oil cooled turbo.. and the oil drain line is 19mm and at a particular point it kinks slightly, nothing major.. will this matter?

    mine gets scrapped bit time... i do exactly what stevo says.. sand it back and hit it with some automotive matt black.. after the first time you dont even need to take it off the car
