lol true i wonder why old men in camrys still outpowah me 15psi, yes plenty more but requires upgrade to fuel system as the injectors are near maximum duty cycle. I run stock injectors, stock regulator with a walbro.

  3. howdy punk bitchaz
  4. spotted phatboi lee outside springwood crazy clarks this arvo. He had someones cd player under his arm, probably going to sell it for crack :)
  5. i believe that reuses some parts of stock suspension, was going to look into that as an option tho
  6. if they have changed it to 15cm then i am truly screwed... but i dont think they have can you prove it?
  7. second the bs comment...its 10cm go on the qt website and download the 'modifications handbook' pdf
  8. its 10cm unless things have changed. My car passed inspection at queensland transport at the height it was, yet i got defected by the police a year later go figure? The only point of my car that is lower than 10cm is the rear part of the exhaust, its 8cm off the ground.. the bodkit etc is 13cm at its lowest point (i know cos i measured it aaaages ago).
  9. okay cool i'll let you know. Got quoted $2200 for tein super streets so really wanted a cheaper option lol. The locknut is busted on the coilovers on the right rear but as the adjusting nut is siezed i dont think its ajusting anywhere atm ... i hope guess if that goes when i'm doing 110kph on the motorway i'll have some brown trowsers lol
  10. hmm but you'll deny the scungy tip scavenger people their prized garbage
  11. ahah again mr lee, i likea tthe way you think
  12. thanks for the offer shane. Could solve my problems, but heres the problem. I fly back home on a monday - 19th, must present car for inspection to cops by 23rd- that friday. Can you do it on a weeknight? (assuming you have one of those cushy 9-5 jobs wish i had one ) I could obviously bring the car to you.... guess it wouldn't take long to install stock suspension?
  13. Ahahah lee you are one sneaky bastard, i love it! i need some housbricks to steal the rims of the landcruiser across the road but seriously that would still cost a bit to buy rims, then special tyres to clear the defect. Maybe i could seal the boot and pump the car full of helium

i have a max size slide highflow - 231kw at the wheels on mercurys dyno couldn't get the vg30 as he was out of stock of exhaust housings, has he found more supplies now?
  15. spotted dan outside abs springwood this morning ordering his morning coffee by the looks of things lol i had dropped my car off to get some work done to the suspension.
  16. got lube?
  17. yeah like today was the only day i had to do repairs... they penalize me for working..my income tax pays their wages, damn the irony in that I would classify myself as an honest decent citizen, and to be honest i was treated like crap by this system that makes little allowance for people in my position. (i gave them contact details of my employer who will confirm this has been the first proper opportunity i have had, plus the letter from the workshop and thats still not enough). I just hope i can find the time to get it sorted when i get back, gotta decide which option to take, either: -pull out coilovers, buy secondhand stock suspension and get that installed to clear defect while i get my ones repaired/rebuilt(no idea $$ wise but $1K plus at least?) -pull out coilovers and replace with new ones (approx $2k?) -pull out coilovers and have them repaired/rebuilt and suffer without car for few days (or more depends on how long it will take) -leave suspension as is, and try getting a new turbo back exhaust custom made to hug the floor ,and hope that that would give me enough ground clearance.. $1-1.5K + sacrifce in power and flow of current zorst. so in short =

  20. :( what a day... took car in at 8 this morning to get coilovers raised, offset bushes put in to fix steering problem and full wheel align, to be finsihed at 1pm.. went back at 1pm to find the car hasn't moved they hadn't done any work on it. Tell them just to raise the coilovers as i had to take the car to beenleigh station to clear my defect today only - was the only day since it was issued i could get off work (must have car for work) and i fly up to gladstone tomorrow morning, the deadline for taking the car to the cops will pass when i'm up there They attempt to raise rear suspension only to find the adjusting nut is siezed and the locing one fell apart So i'm up for new coilovers or lengthy repairs to the old ones. At least i can still drive the car I got the shop to do me a letter which i took to the cops to try get an extension of the defect inspection until after i get back from gladstone, after much resistance they gave me till the 23rd...i fly back home on the 19th but will be in the process of moving house to rocky/buderim (still haven't sorted that out either)
