hey guys, will a/m shock/spring from a r32 gtr fit in the front of a r32 gtst? i found only info regarding r33 gtst (dunno if theyre the same?lol) just wanna make sure before i buy it and find out it doesnt fit :s cheers for any info guys.

the lads at otomoto said it will fit the stock guards fine. (maybe a slight roll upfront) lets hope they're right :s

hey mate it will pass as long as the engine your putting in your car comes from factory in the same family it is OK. (rb25de or rb20de ok as it came from factory NA) RTA told me this themselves. also you must change the engine # with RTA and your insurance (coz if you dont and u have an accident u may not be covered) so you gotta do a blue slip again for a full inspection. cops just check "is it turbo?" they rev it and hear no turbo then they leave you alone unless u got defects etc.

yeah thats correct abu but im pretty sure the 7mgte upgrade would cost less then $200 fitted for cooler core and extra pipes i wont have to cut any holes in the chassis like you would with hybrid copy kits etc as well. hopefully i wont run into any problems. ill have a write up soon when the damn sydney weather clears up.

or you can use a 7m-gte cooler then extend some pipings and mount it in the front position. good budget upgrade. thats what im going to do on my rb20det.. should be good for a basicly modded engine (filter, exhaust, bit more boost) should be good for around 180ish or so rwkw ill have a DIY writeup soon. ill chuck it up on the dyno as well to see the increase.

yeah car is gonna be fairly stockish.. turboback, pod, bleed valve/up the boost, safc that should be it. ill see what pipes i can come up with. ill post up a how-to thread after im done..

hey guys, i purchased a 2nd hand 7m-gte cooler core (end tanks on the same end) has anyone ever fitted these up in the front mount position? how'd you guys deal with piping and brackets etc to hold the cooler firmly. i tried searching for threads but found no luck. any info would be much appreciated. cheers

hey guys, car in question is a auto r32 rb20det skyline. on reverse the revs drop reallly low and usually stalls. i gotta put it in N rev and rev and chuck back into R. also when i start the car and after warming up, the revs stay really high around 1500-2000 (sometimes higher). what can i do to fix this problem? cheers
