they will want a copy of your police report, they'll also want a copy of the other party's police report... depending on what has been said and what evidence there is (in the report you have to draw a rough idea as to what has happened) they'll base their decision on those details, police officers that take your report off you sometimes have an idea as to what the insurance company would decide as well... last time i had an accident i don't think i was at fault and the driver had alcohol in his system and didn't even have his license and he was driving the passenger's car, speeding in the wet too... he wasn't even listed on her insurance and i had to end up paying because i didn't get any details nor was i able to prove anything on the spot when i should have, i was so bloody shocked hey... get everything done now, remember exactly what happened and draw carefully... lol make sure all your details are specific and nothing is left to question... basically, depending on your story and theirs, the insurance company will see which one is more feasible and they'll let you know and take care of the rest dude, if you weren't at fault and it was obvious you weren't at fault, you got nothing to worry about... would've been good if you had a witness though... my2c

regarding girls comments or sau events? well... 26th of July hey... just came back from Panel Beater, got quoted ducks nuts for the repair to my car so i'm pretty happy about that, then also got a quote for fitting and painting of the new kit and bonnet etc. ducks nuts too... go home to sort out funds and find out i won't be able to get any for a tiny while... want to get it fixed before AutoSalon... does anybody know if we're allowed to advertise our cars for sale at AutoSalon? yeah we'll organise another meet or something, i want us to try out Tony Roma's ribs etc. on Hay Street or Shimizu Grand in Floreat all you can eat Japanese Buffet... anyways, that's not for another few weeks at least, lol let us recover from this steak... yeah i was still hungry this morning, thing is... it's not that i couldn't fit the rest of the 'Challenge' in my tummy but it stopped tasting like Beef and more like Cow... i believe i discussed this with a few of you last night lol and Kelly, i saw you pretty close in my rear view bahaha in saying that, i nearly rammed up the stupid woman driving in front of me, her brakes were SUPER late

Iain and Kelly did speak to me about it... your table was $80 short... i have no idea who didn't pay... there were at least ten of you so umm... maybe $8 each extra but now it would be super hard to fix this all up, but then again, this isn't Iain's fault and there was no reason or right to have this bare on him, umm... i'll try to have a word with him, it's a bit late now but everyone that ate at that table, affirmative that the bill came to $80 short of the amount Iain was actually given something to think about guys, i feel really sorry for him for having to pay that, also... when he came outside looking for everyone we had already left... we are horrible, horrible people

GUYS! i'm so glad you all enjoyed it... very please with how the dinner went, i must apologise for the cruise itself being one minus a map next time i promise i will write up a map and actually do a practice run bahaha food was alright, glad i took on the challenge though hahaha and i'm very thankful for those who attended, we basically filled up all the reservations anyway! also disappointed we got split up a lot on the way there and back but you get that you know? okay, i was pulling out of the parking spot, mirrors were folded in, on folding them out i didn't see how close i was to the actual pillar (massive stationary pole thing holding up my side of the level in the carpark) anyway, i moved further forward and just hear mass scraping on the side... get out of the car and on the right hand side rear quarter panel is just yellow strips and dents all over... going to see panel beater tomorrow (yes i called him and for some reason he's working tomorrow) i've also decided that now this has happened i am obliged to a whole new kit and bonnet with paint... don't worry, i'm not cashed up... just in bulk debt, has to be done though doesn't it? if you want i can mms pictures, besides that... i am very sad and lonely and feel very empty and this isn't something i want to have on my mind before exams but you get that... see how it goes and will keep you guys posted, cheers for coming out tonight everyone... can't wait until the next time we hang out again! even though there were quite a few of us i'm glad i got to meet everyone and that everybody got along... cheers! S2000 FTW... or yes Type-R then when the P Plater thing you NSW guys have is over, get a GTST or GT-T then, maybe even a GTR depending on however funds permit... i was heaps impatient importing my GT-T... if i waited another month or two i reckon i could have paid the same amount and got a heaps better one... my2c anyway, it's only worth 2c lol
