  1. yeah i might consider removing the rear seats............nothing dramatic, just want to try out the Nangkans against the toyo/dunlop see if there's any difference.
  2. im going to wati until next week and see if anyone backs out/empty slot. Anyone got room for 4 extra wheels?
  3. get a friend to help out....even better if you have 3 people.....1 to look at placement 1 to hold one end and you to slowly apply it. I did it myself, pretty stressful. Lots of measuring, remeasuring and re remeasuring just in case. After all that, I still had to peel off and reapply in some areas.
  4. how far up the coast are you located? I've just bought a cheapie bucket seat maybe I can mod that to fit this rail.
  5. i think fuel rating is the same, i think (but don't quote me) japanese have 100 and upward....i think they might even have 106 or something or other. Our best fuel is 100Ron here. But if you are ever getting that engine, best to retune it just to be on the safe side.
  6. yeah......I guess its good if you live near the petrol station that sells 100RON fuel but other wise, the 580ps figure will reduce once you have it retuned in australia.
  7. so this is how they are so fast around race track.....they hit 88mph goes back tot he future resets the time and comes back to present time.........clever!!!!
  8. I wonder how much power at the wheels once it's retuned on Aus fuel
  9. LOL sorry guys
  10. I'll post it all up later tonight so stay tuned. oh yeah, also, it's not the factory option front lip, it's a fibreglass aftermarket one in thatas what you are wondering.
  11. Well, if you are really interested, I can always try to arrange something. Leave me your post code and I'll get back to you with the postage cost. I will transfer the photos from the other thread later on so that people can see what they are buying.
  12. Well, since I'm having so much trouble getting rid of stock parts I thought I'd come up with a new idea. As per the old thread, items for sale are: 1. Series 2 GTST front bumper without the indicators (silver). $70 2. Rear Bumper and side pods (silver) $150 3. Front lip for the bumper (primer) $50 (NOT FACTORY LIP) 4. Series 2 GTST wing (silver) $100 Now, I'm willing to either direct swap or swap + cash (eitherway) with items of interest you may have. Willing to swap for: Clear side indicators Sydneykid's Swaybars front and back adjustables Star Gate SG1 DVD series 9 and 10 with the box (not pirated or downloaded shit) Star Gate Atlantis DVD series 1-3 An engine stand for RB engines Motul 300V + RBF600 brake fluid Some sort of decent branded working headunit A RB20de engine with everything attached in whatever condition as long as its not broken. I'm pretty sure I've go other things I'd like to have but not mentioned so please make an offer. Really would like to clear some things out. NSW preferred but I can always work something out.
  13. looked like a second faster even with the little screw up at the one of the corners. so I'd say 1.5-2 seconds quicker overall.
  14. Wow this is pretty cheap.. I'll put my name on the list provided you are in NSW and allow pick up and allow me to take it to a reputable workshop to get it tested.
  15. from the little bits of info I'm come to know, here are somethings you might want to consider. Factory injectors and fuel pumps run out of juice around 210-230rwkw so you can have 4 truck sized turbos hanging off the side and you still won't make anymore than 230rwkw. I'm thinking the exhaust manifold will have to be replaced with custom ones to fit the two two turbos. New twin dump pipes will have to be either purchased or replaced. Twin air flow meter Aftermarket engine management Inside the engine, I've heard you will have to change the pistons, something to do with the change in compression. Will also have to change the gasket as wel. Pretty sure I'm missing a few things Injectors - $900 Fuel pump- $200 twin afm - $500 exhaust manifold - beats me, anywhere between $400-$1000 I guess Power FC- $1500 New pistons, conrod etc etc - dunno a few grand or gasket - don't have a clue a tune - $500 Dump pipes - $x00 well, thats as much as I know.
  16. $20 says its going to be sponsored by mitsu again and the GTR only appear in background.
  17. Well read up boys and girl, looks like the R35 is going to featured in FNF4..... http://kultivate.wordpress.com/2008/03/
  18. In light of all the info above, I've decided against SLi, I'm not hardcore enough to waste that much time playing games.....so it's going to non SLi. Guess I'll be going for the 500W supply with E8400 ecu. If there's still supply available for 8800GT I'll that. Also been thinking about a decent monitor. I'm really wanting a good 24" one and I've heard Dell come up more than a few time. So far I see two model, the base model and the better model with the HDMI connection. Now, the Q is, if I went and bought myself a DVI to HDMI adaptor and used that on the BASE MODEL of the 24" Dell monitor. Is that going to have the same quality as the higher 24" spec if I play PS3 on it? It is a big difference between $600 base model to the $1k high spec model.
  19. ROFL.....seriously, if this was a paid only forum, I would pay twice the amount just to read your posts.
  20. LOL.......man these quotes NEVER get old......
  21. Happy What day now???? have a good one chubbs
  22. wow......that was brave of him
  23. watching this has just made me realise that I want to buy a Z.
  24. I'm getting a Thermaltake Soprano DX case, mainly because it looks nice and has plenty of vents for air flow. So the 500w power supply is good enough? I'm not really planning on SLI with gfx card to be honest but would like to have the option available. I was looking at my choice of CPU and yes, maybe E4000 series is a little too mediocre so I may rethink to get a E6000 or E8000 cost pending. MB I'm not too fussed about the functions, just the regular stuff - built in network plug, built in sound card and a few USB ports. So for E4000 series CPU, go for p5ne-sli? What's the recommended one for E6000 and E8000 series in your opinion?
