why not just mount them inside the car and in the engine bay. That would look pretty good

Having watched one too many BMI videos and knowing most of the tuned Z33s are still in NA form, I've heard numerous internet gurus saying how unresponsive the VQ engines are to turbos. This brings me to question Nissan as to how they manage to extract 380kw out of the VQ engine for the new GTR. I mean, would an extra 0.3L of displacement and twin turbo be enough to extra 180kw out of the engine? or have they completely redesigned the engine? I know that some have tried to turbo a Z33 engine but only managed a small gain in power.

sorry to dig this up, but if twin turbo on GTR is abit laggy then wouldn't sequential turbo set up be the sollution? Does this set up work well for Rx7 at all?

Im athinking along the line of road going cars. Isn't calsonic the GT car? And when I say famous I mean accomplished cars, kismo's car is nice but it doesn't stand out. Mines is super fast around track, MCR is fast on the touge, Z tune is uber expensive and rare and HKS one is another mega buck car. I guess when it comes to color, there are so many more colors that I haven't even mentioned, yellow, millenium jade, MNP 1 2 and 3 blah blah blah but blue seems the most common color for GTR yet not often used in Japanese tuning world
