  1. Change of plans. I need to sell this kit. Make me an offer....
  2. Price Drop $4000 If I don't get that I'll just keep them...
  3. PM's replied to. Still for sale.
  4. I'm in Perth. There's only 12-15k on these turbos. Basically new. I'm not really interested in a swap. I know what turbo's I'm going for, so I just need the cash. PM me if you're genuinely interested.
  5. Checked today, the dumps are genuine HKS. Here are a few pictures.
  6. Ok time for me to get serious about this. I need to get this car setup for a tight track, which means moving to a very small twin turbo setup. I bought this car recently and it has come with a twin HKS 2835 52t ball bearing turbo kit with internal wastegates, ceramic coated dumps, custom manifolds, etc etc etc. The works! This is a ready-to-fit bolt on 700+hp package. This setup has done 520awhp at only 1.6bar on a completely stock RB26. Also made 470awhp at 1.4bar. Is currently only running 17psi with a very very conservative tune and capped rev limiter for 420awhp. The setup uses the STOCK outlet pipe work, which makes it almost defect proof, as it's hard to tell they aren't stock turbos unless you know what you're looking for. The kit also comes with twin down pipes, one from each turbo, which dont merge, and go all the way to twin cat housings, which are also included. I will also include all the oil/water lines, bolts, and flanges needed to bolt this kit on straight away. The only thing I wont supply is the twin airflow meters. Price for the complete kit -- $4500 + postage to anywhere in Aus, or internation if buyer is willing to pay.... Sounds like a lot of money, but as anyone who's tried to do their own custom twin turbo setup will attest to, this is a lot LOT cheaper than trying to put everything together bit by bit, never mind the headaches and hassles saved by buying a complete bolt on kit.
  7. Chop chop Paul... Hills followed by highways. Can't go wrong!
  8. They can sticker a car with interstate rego. However, it means nothing. You can peel the sticker off and forget about it. A sticker implies the car does not meet WA registration guidelines. If you don't have WA registration, it doesn't mean much, the car is already 'unregistered' in WA. What is going to happen if the sticker expires? You become double 'unregistered'? I think not. You have 3 months after the purchase to change the rego over to WA and get the car licenced here. As already stated, if you buy a car here with Eastern states rego, you have to get permits to drive it anywhere.
  9. As per title, I wan't to see if there is any interest in the turbo kit that is currently on my GTR. The kit is an HKS 2835 52t twin turbo ball bearing kit, rated to 800hp, complete with oil/water lines and all pipework from the catylitic converter to the intercooler piping. IT IS A COMPLETE BOLT ON KIT. It is a LOW MOUNT kit, and is about as big as you can fit down there. It uses the stock outlet pipes and internal wastegate so the engine bay looks STOCK!! These make for the perfect sleeper. The kit has seen 520hp at all 4 on only 23psi on a stock 34 N1 motor, and can be spun up a lot harder if the motor can take it. Currently the car makes 420hp at all 4 with only 17psi and a very conservative tune. Included is all pipework, manifolds, oil/water lines, filters, and anything else needed to bolt straight on. Looking for around $6500. If you're interested make me an offer. E-mail me at [email protected]
  10. As per title. I have a AutoMeter C2 Monster Tacho for sale, white with blue backlight. Comes with a shift light attached. Price - $200 Will ship anywhere at buyers expense, I'm in Perth. E-mail me at [email protected]
  11. You're a hero Dan.
  12. They blocked the carpark off, and started handing out stickers. I was 3rd in line after they blocked it off, the 2 Commodores before me got yellowed. The cop pulls me up, pokes his head in, looks at the cage, looks at the all the gauges, then sees the QLD rego and just tells me to move on. Couple of guys rocked up next to me at the round-a-bout in a Hilux pissing themselves laughing and asked "how the f**k did you get through that?".....

Must have been a group buy on GT-R badges. GTS-t with GT-R badge, GT-R, same same!
  20. 4 Cable ties holding my front bar on...
  21. I have ~420awhp in a GT-R and it's far more streetable than my mates 370rwhp GTS-t. More traction everywhere, but as a trade off, less exciting. Go for a 32/33 GT-R if you want a raw performance/track car. Go for the 34 GT-t if you want a comfortable daily driver that is still pretty quick. Remember that the R32 GT-R's suffer oil-pump issues which were fixed in the 33 model, that was the factor that pushed me to fork out for a 33 GT-R (that, and I preffer the looks of the 33). And you're also assuming that you can only get stockers for 30-35k, I can tell you that I picked mine up for roughly that price range and it has as many mods as a 25-30k R32 (N1 motor, HKS2835's, OS giken cross set, cage, power fc, ARC everything, OS twin place etc etc) Just shop around and find a bargain, don't just buy any car because you're in a rush...
  22. Not any more, considering I saw it last night in WA. Met the new owner Danny last night, top bloke, car is immaculate as well.
  23. LOL!!!!
  24. Jash, in no way did I say that Ken isn't charging what would be fair, hell I'm impressed that he gave an itemised quote. As you know, dozens of dreamers get quotes (which take time to do up) and never follow up on it. You know as well as I do the mark-up on labour at a workshop. All I was saying is if you're throwing 3-4 thousand dollars at a workshop for labour, then some consideration could be given on the parts. You don't HAVE to give a discount, but in the intrest of customer relations offering "cost-price" on parts for a job like this (read: $20k going through the till) goes a long way to ensuring that the customer will come back. I'm not telling you how to run your business, but from a customers perspective you'd be insane to walk into a shop with $20,000 and pay 100% retail for everything you buy, especially when the parts are so readily availble from places like greenline/nengun etc.
  25. Wholesale price on a GT35R is $1826. IMO if you are paying them $$$$$ in labour to do it all, then you should negotiate cost-price parts. For those prices, you will be getting top notch gear. You can do it a lot cheaper (for example you can get a China manifold for $350 compared to $1650).
