thanks tony!!! look forward to your email the $350 was for s1 headlights, didn't bother asking for s2 as i would have to change my bonnet as well. That was the general price from almost all the wreckers in Melbourne, and the ones that i knew that sold them cheaper - didn't have any left, all had been stolen of their half-cuts in Japan...... lousy if u ask me Never thought about S.A. - should be much easier to get cheaper headlights from there - Hope u the best in luck!!!

if u like to pay $650 a pop from Nissan i'd agree with vendetta - i broke both of mine about two weeks ago in a bingle and just had to phone all the wreckers i could - i think the cheapest came to about the $350 mark and that's second hand - i feel for anyone that's had to go and find some at a reasonable price, there like liquid gold as one of the wreckers told me!!! i'll Pm u some names of some of the guys who were willing to help me out with either numbers of people who had some for sale or have connections to wreckers - just give that a go.....

would i be correct in presuming all the wiring comes with it as well? how hard is it to fit to a R33 gts-t?

i don't know whether this helps or not, but one of the magazines - i think it was HPI or one of the other ones, not hot4's or fastfours had a whole article on how to make your own a couple of months back - the whole lot only ended up costing just over $100 bucks off the top of my head - i'll go and have a look to see whether i can find it now and i'll post them up if i find them.

Thanks for putting the quick tutorial as well, as I probably would have stuffed around pulling the calipers and all off - now i don't have too... a few more hours to do something else... ahh a cold beer and some sunday arvo motorsport action on channel 10, can't be beaten - unless driving the sky around of course!!!!

Honestly, who gives a s*#@ what other people think - if your car is riced up or not, it's your car and do whatever u want with it - i personally don't care what other people think. The only time i've found when people have a go at you is when they don't own one of our magnificant skylines, but drive some s*^#box car that's worth like $1000 bucks and is barely roadworthy - it just comes down to jealously at the end of the day - they want what they don't have, and cause they can't have it they bag the person who owns it labelling it "rice" - i'm putting neons on the car both inside and out - i'll most likely put some stickers (small ones) on the car, i've already all painted my interior bits, and i have a duel A-pillar guage but do i care what other people think... NO!! this is how i wanted MY car to be, so i did it!!! just my 2 cents

Yeah i'll be in on a R33 copy as well - i'll through in $20 bucks to have a "look" at it - also a good idea by s13 about a .pdf version and only giving access to people who pay some $$$ for the priviledge of using it!! my 2 cents - or $20 bucks rather

just a quick question - i could get all of the parts out to paint except for the passanger's airconditioning duct, the one where they can choose on/off and swivel it - anyway does this just pop out as it's clipped from behind like all the other parts or has it got screws that have to be undone from behind the glovebox area - i tried to get it out, but it didn't want to come - so i thought i'd just leave it, not force it out and maybe breakit in the process? cheers

hey guys, i like the effect that the silver gives - great job DJ_L3ThAL, i've just done mine as well in "Optical FX - Electric Plum" paint, not cheap stuff but man does it look awersome, can't wait till i get all the parts back in the car and have a look at the overall effect, i'll start a new thread when it's completed and post some pics of it. once again good job!!
