Need more opinions about the KKR480 from people who used it or have in the past? Do they last? When does boost start rising on rb25det? Im considering buying one of these....

So i can fit the kkr480 in the stock turbo position on r33 gtst? Will i just need to order the RB dump pipe from otomoto? Can anyone confirm please?

can the kkr 430/480 only be a high mount on an rb25det? is it possible to have it in the stock factory position? any photo guys?

Yes it looks a bit like a truck with it being so long... I think its designed to have most of its weight near the bottom and a long shifter to give it the short throw feeling? so im not sure how it will be when i cut it...

Hasy anybody cut their short shifter lever to make it nice and short? Would it make the shifter crappy because of the way its designed?

The ballast is a little device that makes it all work (kind of like a crossover with splits speakers), you need to mount it somewhere under the bonnet, prefferable where there isnt too much heat etc..

Its not gonna affect your lens. Yes replace bulbs, plug it together with the ballast, mount ballast, ground it, +12V and you're done.

ATM got stock of H1 (3 kits) if anyone is keen.

Very easy to install, takes about 30 minutes - 45 minutes depends how fast you are, what do you mean by "will it tranish it all?"

does the GT2835 bolt on to the RB25det manifold only or the dump pipe as well ?

I went down to check out the beginners track, wasnt very impressed, its got a huge bend (D1 style) and at the ned of it there a wall running right along the track, not so keen on learning there...

any more interest?

Visibility is great and the distribution of light in my headlights seems very good, everything is so much more clear, you can tell when you drive next to a car with normal halogen that you have something good.

PICS ARE UP ! I got the 6000k kit, loos real good, hard to capture on a digital camera though. No i heavent tryed the high beam trick yet.... let me know what you find

I got black volks, if you dont clean the wheels often the brake dust simply makes it look like the car gets driven one a month and looks really ugly, truth is all wheels in to be cleaned regularly to look good.

I put of these in my 33 recently, you can reffer to the tutorial thats on here even though its for a C's kit The only problem is that you have to get a genuwine bush from nissan for the bottom end of the shifter ($11 from nissan) because the supplied one is no good.

had a fair bit of interest but nobody serious enough to leave a deposit, in that case I will just get in a few of the most common H1 kits
