  1. i dont really count my carbs or fat intake, but its at a reasonably low rate compared to how it used to be. But have defenetly had a turn around with what im eating now, plus with the last creatine i had made me push alot harder, i lookd bloated after gym alot but have made gains.. With this stack im doing a full 12 week cycle of it, iv been too half assed with the other stuff. I have a mate whos on the same diet as me and same stack and hese noticing differences (not size, but more energy and more pump) 2 weeks in.
  2. im actually on a low carb n low fat high protein diet. The australian delivered cell tech hardcore is said to b alot weaker than the us stuff n i put on 5kg the first cycle i did of that. The bsn stack is far better than muscletech and i know it wil work for me. For some people creatine doesnt work for others it does wonders and it works for me
  3. going back on the musclebuilding supps next week BSN MASS STACK is whats its called, N.O. EXPLODE, NITRIX and CELL MASS. Will be on it for 12 weeks. Will let you guys know how i go
  4. i train at Thomo 5 star. Heaps of motivation there, but way wayyyy too many people at around 5 - 630 and you haveto wait to use a machine or a pair of dumbells.
  5. I need propper strength in my back before i attempt deadlifts, i dont want to reck myself too early, When i start doing 1 body part per day thats when military presses and stuff will come in, im still learning everything and learning how to do it right. i wouldnt say my training is great, its pretty average. But all good things take time where do you train?
  6. never said he didnt squat.. i just havent been there when he was doing squats.. your still getting ur help from somewhere, i wudnt ask an idiot for help with anything. i find it alot better using a PT for help in training, suppliments, diet and IF i decide to go on gear, that aswell. But right now theres no need for gear..
  7. i havnt seen how much he squats yet. So far on legs iv seen him do leg press. If i can squat 100kg guided he'd def be able to add 50+kg to that. Alot of people have diff opinions, and your obviously one of those guys who has too much pride to seek help and assistance. My opinion is if you want to do it right 100% of the time and get good results earlier. PT all the way (not 5 days a week, 1 or 2 days a week even) Or If you want to do it urself and let that be ur claim to fame (not that it makes a difference) then try teach urself.
  8. Well at the gym i train at theres 3 PT's 1 girl 2 guys. The PT im getting trained by is nothing short of massive. Incle benches 160kg, shoulder presses 200kg on the same machine as me, leg presses 550kg. hese in competition now and hese been training himself for 9 years. Hese 30 now. So he MUST be doing something right and knows what his on about. Its the same as, why would you go to a mechanic to get an engine built if hese never built any proven and powerful engines? another reason TO get one.. Why waste your own time when you can be doing things right from day 1... i wasted nearly a year, put some some size slowly. I should have gone to him from day 1 and id be way different now. Im a n00b but ill be doing things right and getting to my peak before the guys who dont have PT's...
  9. Ahh yeah thats right, i am a n00b
  10. mass as in fat storage? or mass as in bulk hard muscle? go for 6 months building muscle mass, then do the rest ripping up. If you want to put on more size, change routine and put on more mass.
  11. start your protein from day 1... eat alot of high protein foods aswell. Another thing, You cant get ripped and massive at the same time.. you need big mass then rip the hell out of it. So depends on which path u want to follow
  12. the shoulder press machine i use u cant go wrong with, it keeps you in line and flows perfectly. Seat is angled perfectly and seat hight is perfect. Shoulders the next day were sore as hell.. Remember its only 9 reps i did of 100kg. Freeweight dumbell shoulder press i do 65lb in each hand with a spotter. Leg press on 300kg with a spotter i drop all the way down to my chest pretty much. Legs squared with my shoulders. I do more Flys, machine and cable style. Flat bench barbell is where i do the heavy stuff, i also like to do incline dumbell 75lb sometimes. Tricep i do tri pushdowns with rope, tri pushdowns with the triangle, tri pulldowns with straight bar, kickbacks and sometimes skullcrushers. Back i do lat pulldown, seated row, bent over row, the seated pulldown row to ur chest thing (dunno what its called) Thats what im using now killer stuff
  13. ur progression has everything to do with ur diet. like eat upto 7 meals a day, cut down on salts and sugars, plenty of protein. Max on everything iv done is 45kg Preacher curl 9 reps (after 2 35kg sets of 12 reps) 90kg bench (after 1 70kg and 1 80kg sets of 12 reps) 300kg leg press 3 sets of 10 (spotted) 100kg shoulder press (guided machine, spotted, after 2 80kg sets of 12 reps) Squat 100kg on a guided machine (cant squat free weight for crap) i want to aim for by december 120kg bench press max
  14. im 20 years old, turn 21 in november, started gym at 95 kg, im down to 90.5kg a year into gym. After around a month on my diet iv gone down in waist size and have more shape.. not just a slab of meat than can push big weight. Thats 2 and a half months training 5 days a week. mondays and saturdays with my PT..
  15. yeah each to their own. Iv been training for nearly a year now and its been pretty slow getting up the ranks in weights, but since the PT iv gone from adding 10kg and trying that to adding over 40kg and pushing that. The earlier you get shown the right way the better it is for you i rekon, because its pretty much time wasted doing it the wrong way. In the last month iv gone from benching 50kg.. 60kg on a good day to benching 90kg 3 sets of 8 - 10 reps each week. Leg pressing 250 - 300kg depending on how much energy i have. Curling 40 - 45kg. 90kg lat pulldowns. and keeps me wanting to stack on more and more weight. what sort of routein have you guys got at the gym?
  16. what if the gym buddy has no clue about technique? my cousin is my gym buddie, he cant push anywhere near what i can, but i still have alot of energy when training with him, he spots well and we both can train good, my PT helps me with technique and pushing past my limit. But if essential to have a good gym buddie. Its more enjoyable training and if you both can get close in weight then you start to compete and thats where you just keep adding more and more weight.
  17. yeah i get the feeling that im gona chuck them up too.. were they boiled? An isolated whey protein is good, none of this gimmick bullshit.. Too many people rely on it. They worry what supp their taking and their thinking about Juicing it before they even have technique. The biggest difference to me was the personal trainer, pushed me into heavy weight in no time, trimmed down fat and put on good solid muscle. All with propper diet and technique. A good personal trainer is well worth the 80 bucks/hr you pay..
  18. what brand is it? with proteins it doesnt matter what features it has.. Aslong as it had Glutamine, low carb low fat and high protein. 40g and over per serve is good. Really u dont need any heavy suppliments unless ur really skinny and cant put weight on. also 4 - 6 egg whites before every training sesh does wonders to muscle growth
  19. just flicking thru this topic.. There are alot of proteins out there and i have tried so far. Muscletech Cell Tec hardcore, NitroTech, Anabolic Halo, PVL protein, Dymatize. So far the Dymatize and Cell tec is doing ok. Iv been put on a high protein low calorie low carb low sugar diet, thats when i have seen my strength and size shoot thru the roof. Muscletech is way overpriced. IF you want to build good muscle and want to use suppliments.. BSN is the only thing id use now. The muscle build stack actually works. Costs roughly 300 bucks for the stack but it works, unlike half of the other shit out there, pay 150 for something and all it does is tast like crap, no results AT ALL.. Also hard training
  20. Hey guys selling my Daily runaround due to buying another daily and i rarely drive this. Its got an acceptable exterior (paint, panels etc) Pretty good interior, All original. Comes with Sony XPLOD head unit, Amp and front speakers. Specs: RB30E Manual Driving this to and from work everyday and out on the weekends cost me around $35 on juice. Car has minimal oil leaks, engine has no knocking noises, doesnt blow smoke, doesnt burn oil. Gearbox is noisy (was like this from previous owner) nothing to worry about, changes gears fine. Diff has a fair bit of slack in it (was like this from previous owner) Nothing to worry about either. I Changed the Crank Angle Sensor, Dizzy cap, Leads, Plugs and Rotor button not too long ago, also did the timing so it runs that little bit better. Comes with 16X7 and 16X8 F40 lookalike rims that were used on my brothers 180sx before we upgraded the brakes. Im looking for $2,200 ONO Reg till September. Contact Phill on 0421 986 981 - Sms during work hours. Cheers
  21. can you throw up a pic with boost and power with the t51r.. just gives more of an indication on when you come onto boost bet this thing makes your neck hurt when power comes on lol
  22. CES is a waste of money, why dont you just buy a propper jap made one or even a JJR one? 200kw isnt something you would use a 600 odd dollar dump pipe for. My brother payed prob more than that for his CES dump 3 years a go or so, and it didnt seal against the turbo properly. The tomei dump he has now is far better. just my opinion.
  23. jacket sold!
