RAZOR32 replied to R3TWO's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
I will take second dibs on the rear pods -
I am going to get the RT 615's as soon as Tempe Tyres get them in stock next month, they have been out in the states for a little while and I have only been reading lots of good things about them. Tempe said that they would cost me $280 a tyre for a 255/40/18.

Yeah it’s hard to say, the Whiteline & Bilsteins package I brought off the group buy works Awesome on the street. It is classed as a high grip road package, so depending on how serious you are going to get out on the track you may won’t to get some thing stiffer, but then it won’t handle that great on the street bit of a catch 22 really. SK-Gary is going to put together a track package for the R32 in the next couple of months. P.S. I can take you for a run in my car to see if it’s up to what you won’t! Cheers, Raymond

yes sorry josh i was wrong with what i was saying, i did not no that there was a R32 Gts-t modle that came out with only 2 pot front brakes and 15's and i was just suggesting that if you where going to up grade that you would be better off going to the 324mm rotors

Well i think you will find your factory rims are 16 inch not 15's and if you are going to change them you would be changing to R33 or R34 GTR size rotors not R33 Gts-t because they are only 296mm. And no you will need 17's for the 324mm rotors and there is no point changing to R33 gts-t calipers as they are very much the same size as R32 gts-t calipers
-
Yes sorry the 280mm are from the front of R32 Gts-t's, which are what mine are at the moment.

Hello mate, i asked the same thing last week and a guy replyed to me with this, (I have had the 324 dba conversion on mine only for a few months. I bought the adapters and rotors, DBA 4000 from Unique Autosports for a good price as he gives SAU members a discount. I still had to machine 2mm off the diameter of the rotors as when they were first installed they were rubbing the caliper slightly. If you do, do the conversion make sure u bend completely out of the way the stock brake dust brackets as they will rub on the calipers also after a while They are preety easy to install and me and a mate installed them at his workshop in a few hours after we figured out how the bracket went on as there wasent any instructions. They make a huge difference on the track compared to the old rotors-280mm. I put in some Ferodo DS2500 front pads in there also to replace the RB74's i previously had which also helped.) So Hopfully this will help you out a bit mate and i am going to do this mod very soon.

Yeah, well I thought I had brought a GT30R but it’s got 7 blades, so its not then? I was sold its as a GT30R LS for $1950 from a place could Buzz engines, they are up in QLD and I am down in Hobart and I got it in February this year and only just getting around to putting it on. I don’t really now what LS means? So it looks like I have been done over a bit then and because I got it 8-9 months ago there is properly not much I can do? Is there. And so how many blades does a real GT30R turbo have. Thanks heaps for your help discopotato03 Cheers Raymond
