  1. im very aware of that thred.. it started on... 12 Aug 2003, 03:31 PM kinda out dated my questions are different. i change oil so often cuz of track work. and im not about to be buying Motul v300 for the stupid price they charge for it. are there any other places to buy motul on the Gold Coast? its up around 70 dollars now.. it used to be so cheap! thats y i want to know if other oils which are cheaper like the penrite HPR 15-60. perform just the same and are of same quality and not so harsh on the wallet.
  2. hey guys, just wondering what oils people are useing these days in there RB's? iv been useing Motul turbo light for a few years now. but its been getting abit Pricey.. the only place i can find it is at Auto barn.. and i hate going to auto barn! where eles can you buy it from? what oils are you guys useing? iv hurd some good things about Penrite HPR 15-60. how would that compare to Motul turbo light? better worse? whats every one useing?

  10. hey mate, i had a problem with a coolent hose leaking bihind the motor.. (i have an Rb25 in my R32 aswell) you could just see it squirting outta a pin hole!. i could not reach iit by hand at all.. how i fixed it was.. taking starter motor off! pretty easy 2 or 3 bolts, then with one hand sliced the busted hose off. then bought some new Heavy duty hose from gibs trucks and 2 new hose clams. and with only one harm fitted it all up! took some time.. but was easyer then taking off the inlet manifold! hope this helps!
  11. omg i believe its real 5,500 just look how clean it is. no steering wheel wear or foot peddles, carpet, dash, plastics, shifter, under-body, interior, drop down spoiler, this is the mintest R32 i have ever seen! if i bought this.. i would never drive it lol...
  12. just weld yours up =)
  13. hey guys i couldnt be f**ked reading this whole thred so it might have been answered. im not even going to read the argument going on here.. but what i can add is some good advise that maybe u can try and all it will cost you is a can of coke! i had the same problem when i installed my RB25 S1 into my R32 skyline.. i used a turbotech Boost T to turn up the boost, only to find it wouldnt go over 10 PSI, it would just fart and carry on over 5,500RPM. you said everything eles was stock right? out of curiosity, i pulled the Standard blow off-Valve off to see if was leaking causing the issue. i put my mouth up to the valve and i could blow air right through it.. (imagine how much was going through at 10psi)? The fix: I cut a coke can into the shape of the Gasket, and with some sealant i placed the new coke can gasket infront of the blow off valve, tighten her up and went for a drive. the boost hit 20PSI followed by fuel cut! wow i thought! pulled over turned the boost down at the turbotech T. then went for a drive again. it now makes a Crisp clean and sold 13PSI (any more and i hit fuel cut) this fix made my car alot faster and acceleration is 10x's better, with a mad flutter =) hope this helps you!
  14. Nardi best wheels ever =)
  15. okay, but will it still be moving around with no Hicas pump in the engine bay? like will it just be flopping around slightly?
  16. no its not the screw in type, as 08yannch Said its the plastic valve that goes into the cam cover, which then goes into the plenum. i dont know of any Auto 1's here on the Gold Coast shame. =( iv called a few import wreckers here and every wreck motor has them missing! i would block it off but i need something that will fit in that rubber grommet and not come out. how do people with catch cans block these off? cheers
