  6. First off, I know that after just one day on the car, the intercooler would have marks/scratches on it, and the fins would bend. That is not the point. When you pay for something, you do so in confidence that you will receive the correct product, as was described to you before buying. I have seen it, and it is marked, and IMO those particular marks could not have been put there without it being used. It's very hard to accurately re-sell something from someone who has told you one thing, and then turns around and tells you later on that the first lot of information provided to you was incorrect (ie. that the lanyards/hats/whatever were genuine). I think what's happening here, is an honest miscommunication. People don't really give a f*kc whether what they're buying is 'genuine'. As if half the stuff we buy nowadays is! The whole point is that you are not getting what you are TOLD you are getting. I'm totally happy with the fact that i'm buying something non-genuine, as long as I know that straight away.
  7. Don't know from experience, but I've heard good things about the dual solenoid version of the one you're talking about. Blitz SBC Spec R. Autobarn have them retailing for $799, and the Spec S for $599, but I know you can get the Spec R (dual) delivered for $500 if you do your research
  8. I like 'em too Wil. I think they make it more interesting to look at. GREAT PICS
  9. Autobarn make up cans of paint if you give them the paint code, but because the standard burgundy is a 2 pac paint they're not allowed to make it up for you. You can go into any nissan dealership, give them your vin and they can tell you the code, but like I said, they're not actually allowed to make it up for you, so if you do find somewhere that'll do it, let us know!
  10. OMG are you for real? 'We all know what men are like these days?' What the hell is that about? Don't mean to sound harsh, but you got issues girl if you believe that. I'm from QLD, but from what I can see, the chicks are treated as decently and as fairly as the guys are. Visit the NSW postwhore thread and you'll see that no problems.
  11. Ah yeh, that'd be a good idea  I wasn't paying much attention last night, but did see people I havent seen before... although that wouldn't be hard, don't really know too many people from here Hope to see ya out a bit more often in your OWN beast
  12. Yeh I saw you goin' nuts with it... not that it mattered cos it p!ssed down again straight away anyway
  13. yeh, here you go:
  14. I do realise this, and I realise that by saying what I did is dangerous. But seriously, after what they did to us, I don't give a shit anymore. I am more than happy to give people several chances at being decent people. Hell, anyone that knows me can vouch for that! But they just went too far, and I know they did it to people before us, and are still doing it today . Anyway, this thread isn't about them, it's about us giving the names of GOOD dealers in Brisbane... sorry I couldnt be of more help than just Autoshop and SVi
  15. AJM fcuked us over hardcore. They lied to us right from word go & I am NOT afraid to say it. The guys at Street Machines are a little up themselves and they are FAR too overpriced. Auto Shop at Moorooka is aiit. They are fairly helpful. In all seriousness though, it's just easier with an importer. I mean, you can't walk in and walk out with a car that same day, but you get WHAT you want for the pice you want to pay. We went through SVi. <------- Check it out, FREE BUSINESS PLUG! SVi
