I think the only people that really have anything bad to say about Maccas and all the other fast food chains, are those with no f**king life. Everyone else knows it's fast food, to be eaten occasionally, and that the rest of your diet/lifestyle needs to be in check before you even worry about how bad maccas is for you.... Don't like it, don't eat it. Pretty simple concept really And supersize me was ridiculous...Like I said, live on subway for a month and see how thin you are...
