  1. Megelli sounds like more hassle than it's worth. Back to ninjas for now..
  2. Anyone know much about em?
  3. Hmm the Megelli 250R looks even better than the Ninja... None for sale second hand in VIC though...$6k for a new one
  4. Doo carti 1098?
  5. I've got a mate with an 09 Ninja, so when the time comes I'll take that for a test ride.. Thanks for the offer though
  6. Good pickup, not a fan of the color but that's just me.... You did well to get one with such low kms for that price, I'm in the market for the same bike and the only one I know of with similar kms (340km) is asking $7k, but she's dreaming...lol How's it feel to ride? what's the power like etc?
  7. Has to have your head on it like the other ones gettin around here...
  8. If it's the one that just came up on JB's website for $369, I would not waste $370 on that thing....Spend a $100 extra and you can get a full cockpit setup with a seat
  9. Who pays for paid apps anyway...
  10. Tempted
  11. Yeah color is quite queer... She must be living in the past coz theres plenty to choose from these days and black isn't rare at all. She msged me before she put it up for sale because she said that when she does list it 'it'll sell straight away'............ The way it's going, I'll be able to make an offer well under her asking price in a month or so when I'm ready to buy and if she wants to sell it she'll probably have to accept
  12. Mother f**ker. Where'd he find that? Bitch I know is trying to sell her 2010 model that has 350km on it for 7000... Keep in mind she told me a few weeks before she put it up for sale that she paid 6700 brand new... Stupid whore. Can get 2011-12 models brand new for 7, I don't care if hers is 'practically new' it's not new. If she wasn't dreaming with the asking price I'd probably buy it as it's black like I want But price wise they're generally anywhere from 4 to 6k, 2008/9 models with reasonably low kms (3-5000) then there's some asking 4 for ones with 20,000+ on em... There was a black one I emailed the guy about but never heard back, low kms and good price, says he's going overseas and needs to sell so could probably get the price down more but it's a fair drive (4 hours) away
  13. Eating well and exercise is also a pretty good fat burner
  14. I hope you're not trying to gain muscle with those figures
  15. What forms and where from? My parents and brother had a thai holiday booked at $900 each with aus air, and the agent has offered them $200 extra each to change it to thai air...
  16. Everyone has a key to the lock boxes so it's not considered 'secure lockup' which is why we can claim it from what everyone has told me
  17. So what would you write when you're claiming it based on having to carry tools to and from work on a daily basis?
  18. I'm lucky I just look cool naturally
  19. Like you, it's not all about speed, but from what I'm hearing the LAMS 250's are like ridiculously slow...Might have to see if my mate will let me ride his to get the feel of it...He's trying to sell it to me but I'm not really looking to buy right now...It's a red/black 09 Ninja 250, if you're interested... Either way I'd say that's the path I'll take, means spending less initially while still having a decent looking bike, having something to ride and gain experience on, and then move up to something bigger/better looking.. When I passed my test she said if I don't have my card mailed out in 8 weeks to give them a call to chase it up, so I'd say allow 8 weeks...You should have the piece of paper they gave you that acts as a temp license in the meantime anyway....Not that you have a bike to ride lol
  20. Bought it from the newsagent...Just been filling it in every time I drive with either 'work' or 'personal' and the kms/dates etc...that enough?
  21. just over a week of log booking done for the car/tax....only 11 to go......
  22. Yeah thinking I'll just stick with the original plan of the 250 and try not to get killed on that for a year... then step it up
  23. There's LAMS approved bigger bikes, but they cost more...eg can get a 09-10 250 ninja for 4500-5000k, or a 650 LAMS ninja for like 8k...
  24. Hmmm, hearing from a lot of people that I'll get bored with a 250 Ninja real fast.... Don't wanna go straight to a big bike but don't want to buy something that I'm aiming to keep for ~12 months if I'll be over it in 3 weeks Also don't really wanna spend more $ on something like a 650 LAMS Ninja when I'm just gonna be upgrading in a year either... Might just have to settle for the slowness of a 250 Ninja, ride it for a year then step up to a negro gixxer 750
  25. Wasn't a big fan of their chocolate, but as I've said a hundred times, it's not something I drink for pleasure so as long as it's not rancid tasting I'll get it down and get over it.. Their chocolate definitely isn't as sweet as something like dymatize ISO 100 though, that shit tastes like drinking cake mix
