  10. hmm, there was a guy with a white ute pretty sure his plates were XR8TD, or something very similar...This is going back 7 odd years now though so can't be sure... What area are you from?
  11. XR8TD, sounds familiar from my fordforums days... Used to have a white ute? or a blue AU?
  12. Going by that post, you do not need a plenum upgrade and are only wasting your money if you get one. And it doesn't sound like you have a big disposable income so why bother? If you're not after a dyne king, rather a fast street car, turbos like a gt-rs are where you'd be looking, and you don't need an aftermarket plenum for that. If you ever decide to get a turbo that does warrant a plenum upgrade, thats when you buy one...
  13. It's not that huge when your talking modern 5-6L v8's with forced induction. The factory tunes would be restrictive because they can't sell instant death traps
  14. Don't know why people doubt the power figures, the engines are over 2 times the displacement of an rb26, and even standard NA falcon/holden/toyota six cyls make more power than stock rb25det's. Add the fact that the factory power figures are usually understated, and it's not hard to make big power with minimal mods..
  15. Tempted, as I was when this thread popped up originally, but without a cockpit setup there's no point. Hmm
  16. Rimon.
  17. lol wouldn't go that far...If I go to a club it's usually somewhere where jeans, half decent shoes (slip on loafers etc) and a 'decent' t-shirt is accepted.
  18. That's one way to go about it, or you could wake up and live in the real world. Wah wah will let you in with high top nikes, shorts and singlet etc. Anything else and you're over dressed. I'm sure you beat them
  19. I've had 2 cars keyed (including my skyline while on display at the GP), but that was by coward f**ks that were to scared to say something to me, so instead they attack your possessions. Bit different in rim specs case, if they hit it hard enough to dent it and take paint, then there's no way they wouldn't have known they'd done it. My current car is a piece of shit, I close the door with decent kicks in steel toed work boots, but I still take care in car parks for the sake of the car next to me, no matter how nice/shit it is. Occasionally I've knicked a car next to me, but never left any damage, it takes a decent hit to do that. And like rimona said, they'll no doubt be thinking about how their car was keyed as a result of their carelessness, so in future they'd no doubt be more careful. Who knows jeppe, they might park next to you one day, maybe you should thank rimness. And there's a word for how u just forgive everyone that wrongs you, it's 'pushover'
