Yeah in the squat rack, not in the smith machine with the guides on either side. 12.5kg sounds real low even for a beginner, but I'm guessing you're not including bar wright which will be at least 15kg, 20kg if its a full size bar

5 rep squats @ 145kg, on the 5th set... other sets were 60kg warmup 1, 100kg warmup 2, 120kg work set 1, 130, 140, 140, 145
