R33 GTS-T is not under the power to weight ratio in Victoria. No P-Plater can legally drive an R33 GTS-T without an exemption which they are highly unlikely to get.

No idea, this article just states that the auto gts-t has 180kw,20kg more weight and 20 Nm less torque than the manual variant. Wrong. Rims and fuel are not taken into account. They use a factory weight figure and factory power figure. The same article as above states the RB20DET makes 158kw

I've got 1 race left in the B class races before I can move onto the A class....It's the race where you have to use the integra and pass all 15 cars on 1 lap...best I've got so far is 4th. I don't see how I can get third, I've driven well everytime and the best I can manage is 4th!

Thanks for your insight... I was insured with my R33 GTS-T and all its mods when on my p's, as are/were a million other p-platers with R33 GTS-T's and other cars over the power to weight limit. It's not illegal to own a car over the power to weight limit, its illegal to drive one. Many P-platers have been paid out when making a claim on a car over the limit, so again nothing is set in stone and all comes down to the individual case. Forgot to mention that I was insured with 2 different insurance companies at different times with my R33, both while on my P's

Vic roads/Insurance won't say a word because its not illegal to own/register/insure a car... You can own/register/insure a Ferrari F430 if you want... Doesn't mean you can drive it

Nizpro or APS are 2 names that spring to mind from my Ford days...that was when the XR6T's were still fairly new and APS/Nizpro were doing CRAZY things with them (1000HP engine from Nizpro) so I'm sure there's plenty more tuners for them now...
