Ok, on topic now, if u after some cruises check the other forums, theres always a few members from here on the cruises, dont know why but organising a cruise on SAU just never seems to work out, theres always some cruise or other events at the gold coast, best bet is to keep an eye out what the other forums say.

ooops though u ment the NSW licence system, it still puzzles me to see NSW drivers in QLD and they have their stupid plates on as if ure in QLD u dont need them, i got done a few times in NSW for not having them.... as far as i know u get the point/points back after like 3years, and the 12month on 1 point demerited driving is not worth it, cause then if u get done u loose your licence for even longer, so i reckon its better to take the suspension for the time. public transport aint that bad, lol

u have red P's for a year with 4 points the green P's with 7points for i think 2-3 years, but now they changed it to really strickt rules ive heard: u need to drive with a full licence holder on your P's at all times and they extended the period by a few years as well... i think

Now the details Raceline Promotions has provided us with VIP parking at BWCP on the friday night and anyone who wishes to show their car off is welcome. The event being held is expected to draw THOUSANDS with great attractions as a Jet Car and Bike and a Triple Skid (which you will have to come to believe) The Police are 110% involved in making sure the traffic congestion isnt as bad as hell and promises not to hassle us cruisers whilst we spend our time on the coast. You will only be able to gain entry to our blocked off parking by being with our group as we have received special entry. Unfortunetly no stops at Yatala can be included as we need as much time as possible so please come already fueled DINGUSS will be riding with CYA34 as they will be looking for that particular car to identify our group

speaking of stickers, how or where can i get a SAU sticker? ive been after a while and no luck...

zoix, painting pearl is applying a secondary coat of a difrent colour on top of your original, it has to get done all in 1 go or it will look dodgy...

hmmm it was paint wizards or something in ernests, but another good 1 is on upton street bundal, next to tony mellino motors... its at the back.. he does a really great job there, but all these places are in gold coast.

i had a 400r front bar put on not long ago as u can see from the pic... the bar i have is for a gtr so the problem was to fit it on the gts-t rio... so that i had cut in half pretty much... and it did fit but its really tight, cause it had to bent in more... a front bar respray should set u back around 200$ thats what it cost me. or even better buy a compresser, spray gun and paint and do it your self... thats what i wanna do soon, it will cost pretty much the same to buy the equipment then get some1 else to do it...

ok... so how often should i be changing redline oil? 5,000 or more? i know 30,000 is a bit too long... and u reckon the prices i got are ok? how much u normaly pay for redline oils?

i have to do a oil change very soon and i have a few questions regarding redline oils... i got quoted around 117 i think for a gallon which is under 4litres, and i also need a 1/4 of a galon which is like 27... who here uses redline oil? do u use the 10W40 grade? and how many galons or litres would i need? and how often should i change the redline oil? they told me 30,000km but that seems way too much... i know theres better oils but i use mobil1, this time i wanted to try redline... and any1 uses the nylon additive?

Close to a month ago i got a new clutch, i ask every1 here wheres the best place to get 1... anyway i ended up getting that exhedy heavy duty daiken clutch from abs for a really good price, anyway at fisrt i hated the clutch it was extreeeeemly soft i wanted to pull it out... but now its not so bad, when the car warms up a bit the clutch becomes hard just like it always was. So there not a bad clutch after all...

out of interest how many people are going from here? and if any1 is going and could bring me 1 of those skylinesaustralia.com stickers or can tell me where i can get 1 from that would be great

BLITZ BOV AND PIPE 4 SALE i got a Blitz BOV including a custom steel pipe to suit any R-33 GTS-T it takes a few minutes to put in place of the old 1. The blitz bov is in great shape had it for a few months now, Its also got a horn on it as well (its supposed to be the loudest bov on the market). but i now have the ssqv so i wanna get rid of it. Im asking $250 for the bov including the custom steel pipe (adding bends on a pipe is not cheap!) which will go on any R-33 gtst in a few minutes. i offer to install the thing as well. made a mistake that was a ticket for: 1) having foglights on 2) missing 1 stupid P plate

In Bondi beach in sydney we went for a drive up the lookout point, (thats were all cars drive throught on sat nights) and cops were there, i was driving my mums mazda a plain car but i had a P plate on the front, i get up there and get pulled over... he asks is there any reason u have your foglights on??? i looked at the dash and yeah they were on, i told him i didnt even relise they were on. so he says ah ha, looks around the car and says ure a P platter i see and ure also missing a P plate on the back! i told him the truth people keep taking the of around sydney, he just nodded his head. he asked for my licence and had a look and few minutes later came back with 2 tickets!!! 1 for foglights and the other 1 for a missing foglight!!! thats just a load of horseshit! honestly why dont the cops get out there and do something usefull, like fight crime, help those in need ect... i guess that requires energy and thinking power! i lost any respect i had for cops now, (i had respect for them untill now cause i was let of a few times for doing stupid shit,) but theres a thin line which was crossed!

thanks all for the advise! i really wanna take this further i dont care how long it takes or if i have to spend more money on lawyer fees i just want justice out of it! its just bullshit if cops can just give out fines like that! i really wonder what fine i would have got if i actually did something wrong and the cop actually saw it (not just heard it) ?!!?!? probably car taken and few thousand dollar fine, i wouldnt be suprised. i actually did have a voice recorder on my phone but just never thought of using it for something like this, (ill have to learn the hard way) and ill have a camera with me as well cause the cop wasnt in full uniform so i could have got him on that.

Jay95R33 yeah there was a witness but like u said its my word against his... and to the first thread...-BelGarion i didnt hand my licence straight away first he made the crap up and then he asked for it. ill be doing the reply thing thing that sounds like a good idea, 4 Doorz whats that SPERS thing all about??? i dont wanna pay for something i never done, and i guess if the fine was like 80 id probably just take it and pay but 240! for doing nothing thats a bit too harsh, its like as bad as a speeding or burnout or even drink driving a big fine for crap!
