  1. What if one day she fails to pull the handbrake on infront of a car yard full of Aston Martin's? How i see it if you cant afford insurance, you cant afford a car therefore you shouldn't be able to drive. I think that's rude, she could have at least invited you for some tea and scones.
  2. I cant believe that people would actually take that show (or any other current affair/today tonight show) seriously? That thing that limits your speed by GPS i think would be more dangerous as it limits your speed to the legal speed. How do you accelerate out of situations, its not always about braking to avoid a hazard. I think more driver training would be the most beneficial to new drivers and encourage drivers to use track and drag venues by reducing the costs and making more events.
  3. good to meet everyone, i was the blond guy in the white 33 thanks Kelz for organizing it, have to do it again when the weather is better...btw did your wiper blade stay in place for the rest of the cruise?
  4. cruise was good fun, i bailed from rocko
  5. They usually de-gas the aircon when they take the engine out, mine has had no gas for a year now.
  6. If I can get my assignments done and I'll come down. Still no rims but ill try and borrow some. -michael87
  7. I tapped my cooler piping as close to where it was on the stock pipe. Went to Repco bought a hose adapter fitting for an air compressor, drilled into the cooler pipe and screwed it in, used some cloth tape to ensure a good seal. Has been working with no problems.
  8. A few pictures that I have on my computer from another forum. I think I'll stay on my stock rims until I can afford some jap rims.
  9. I spent hours messing around trying to avoid cutting the reo, I couldn't find anyway it would fit without cutting it, didn't have to cut much though. The same was done trying to avoid cutting the fan blades but if you lifted the pipe up so that it would clear it would touch the lining on the bonnet. I ended up cutting a square hole to give me a bit more movement so that i could try to make it clear the fan blades but no help. I was fitting the cooler to my car which is a r33 s1 and at the same time one on my friends r33 s2, i noticed the reo bar was smaller on the s2, but still required cutting. -michael

  11. friend had a r33 gtr and he said he just pulled out the fuse
  12. was the first time I've seen that add, it was graphic. I was in shock until i saw the car and the close up on the dash, the first thing that popped into my mind was vtec kills yo I saw this hoon campaign video and laughed straight away, shows how much of a joke these laws really are. The add which follows is for police recruitments where a cop pulls over these hoons over arresting them mean while the granny is sitting on the chair with a big smile on her face saying "oh so big". The ads are a waste of time, only a small percentage of road deaths are due to hoon behavior, the media has blown this term 'hoon' way out of proportion classifying anyone with a passion of modifying cars as one. They should be aiming their efforts at speeding, driver fatigue in staid of wasting so much money on school yard bullying tactics to inform a small percentage of society that they have small dicks for doing burnouts.
  13. At least then they will get some new footage, ever noticed every hoon report whether its on ch7 or ch9 contains the same footage of cars doing burnouts etc. They must be getting desperate looking on you tube. I swear I've seen footage like that on a very early video option dvd, perhaps get in contact with them surely that breaks copy right laws. My opinion any tv at 6.30 is not worth watching, unless its funniest home videos on Saturday! Haha
