I'd just say he's been caught up with something man. What you should do (because luckily he has made successful trades before) is contact the people who have traded with him Found here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=29722&la=0 If you know how to PM, ask them for his details, or a number to contact him on assuming they have one. Another positive is that he has made trades earlier this month, so it doesn't look like he has shot through! All the best.

lol Chris. Spotted a really nice white R33 GTST with carbon fibre boot + bonnet. Nismo stickers and a shopping list. Plates were MPH-549 or something. I was going to wave but was too busy picking up my jaw. I think the guy waved/smirked or something.

Red Ps + 17years Old + Speeding Record + Skyline =?
br3tt replied to GTR Power's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I'm 17 and on my red's with a R33 GTS. If you haven't realised, the only place that will insure you is JustCars. I have made one claim with them, and my 3rd party fire and theft went down $200 (was $863, now it's $653 or something). Full comp for me was $5000 if I remember correctly. 17 year old with clean record. I expected something like this. I love my R33. Gets driven every day. I take it to school, work, everywhere. My dad has a R33 GTST and I drove that on my L's and personally there is enough power with the N/A then you need. If that turbo rule wasn't there I bet atleast 4 of my mates wouldn't be with me today. It all comes down to your maturity and driving. I'm not a pro driver. I'm not above average. I will drive the car suitably for the road's conditions and keep it like that. Sure you get tempted for a little squirt, but that 5 secs of fun could be your license. I know it's hard. But keep it on the track. Heaps of my mates have their P's. My friends at school we will use for an example. 7 of us have our P's. 4 of them have been done for speeding, one for drink driving. Of those 5 done, all where driving toyota corollas and commodores. I'm not saying every rolla or commo driver is a speeder/drink driver, I'm just illustrating that not everyone who drives an import speeds. My R33 is pretty nice looking in my opinion. There are heaps nicer looking cars, but for the price I paid, I'm cheering. I've got a full kit, rims and exhaust etc. It looks hot, and when I tell people what it's worth a lot don't believe me. Especially when they pay $8,9k for a stock VT or $9ish for a decent lancer. Mine was a bit more then this You can't tell it's a non-turbo. But people give you shit when they know it is a n/a. Just jealousy mainly I imagine. Best bet is to either halve your $20k, keep 10 in the bank and put 10 into a car. Get a R32 or R33 GTS and kit it out, drop some massive rims on it and just cruise. You get tonnes of dickheads at the lights. You can chose to smoke them (or try to), or disappoint them even more by not budging and basically sticking it to them implying you would smash them anyway. I get people revving all the time, and swearing at me to run them; all you have to say is "your not worth the petrol uleh" and they shut it. You usually see pretty good smoke shows anyway. -
I have [bR3TT] It's my name, and BR-33-TT was taken.

Spotted a white R33 GTST coming out of the business park at Tuggerah. They where trying to see my car/numberplate. I gave a quick wave before I had to brake. I missed their plates + face (no glasses). Spotted a black R32 GTST (GTS-???) blue and white numberplate. Their passenger was looking at my car.

Carpark opposite Bateau Bay shopping centre. (Off the sports oval) Close to Maccas etc. Has a shopping centre across the road. We had the Newie/Central Coast meet there. HEAPS of spots. There is couple of small speed humps. But very easy for your car to take if its around 100mm,90mm off the ground.

Looks great man. I wish I had that many tyres to use

Thats crazy man. I've only had stuff thrown at me when I'm leaving parties. Try and get some footage. Only problem is westfield are pathetic/shit when it comes to that stuff

It's because everyone on the central coast with a skyline who isn't on the forums is a snob.

Bro I got stuck with this question too over a year ago. I was in the market for a car. Always loved Skylines and had dreams of purchasing one. The P plate things sorta screwed me over as I had the chance on getting a turbo R33 but couldn't obviously. The possibility of driving it anyway and ignoring the rules was an option, but not one I took. I'm pretty glad I didn't. I picked up a R33 GTS (n/a) and I love it. Looks good (to me anyway), Got it cheap (had to travel to Mildura - In Victoria) but who cares? The GTS has enough power for anyone. I've had some pretty close calls in it. In the end they all can do 110km/h. People give you shit about it not being turbo. Most of it is just jealousy, as they don't stop and think about the P plate rules ._. I have been pulled over heaps. I have done nothing wrong (the car + chromies draw attention like dogs balls), and I am the only guy at my school (along with my best mate) who still have full points on their Reds. My other mates (comoodore, lancer, mazda, corolla) all have been done for speeding. Everytime I get pulled over it's for a "random" breath test. (Once at 8:00am heading to school with my little brother) Which then follows with a "is this car turbochrged?" and then a "can you please lift the bonnet please?" 2 cops that have pulled me over and asked me to lift the bonnet have had no idea what they where looking for. Yeah sure I could of probably got away with a turbo but it's not worth the risk. On the otherhand. A guy I know got busted on his reds with a WRX. Car got impounded. (Ended up costing him $1300 total for the impoundment + fines). He lost 7 points. I know of a couple of people driving turbos on their reds. But it's a risk I'm not willing to take. Once the Police do catch up with them, that $1300 could go towards my next car (or RB26DETT) Sorry for the life story. All the best with whatever action you decide to take.
