Gday need some insight went to wakefield park yesterday for track & had abit of a problem excessive blow by After about four laps catch can full with oil & blew everywhere in the engine bay through the breather it seems to be breathing rather heavy. happened twice after empting the cacth can had to keep adding oil can anyonr sheed some light as its got me fu#*ed

HI GUYS JUST WONDERING IF I HAVE TO TAKE PLENUM OFF & RESEAL THE GASKET AS I FOUND A NUT MISSING THE REST ARE RESONABLY TIGHT HAD TO TIGHTEN THE REST OF THEM THOUGH AS THEY WERE A LITTLE LOOSE BUT SEEMED TO BE KNOW BOOST LEAKS. ITS A PLAZMAMAN PLENUM

I had one on my r33 with the smaller exhaust housing to bolt on to standard manifold making full boost by 4000 to 4500 on 18 psi

just get a 3040R turbo from gcg after the cost to hi flow the standard your better of spending a couple hundred more & getting a bigger turbo good for 250 to 260rwkw

I think maybe ports would be spaced the same stud patterns only different

You dont have to take plenum off just intake pipe & throttle body take fuel return line off and hoses & then loosen fuel rail bolts then take radaitor breather hoses off take plugs off injector then pull hole rail out

I USE MOTUL 300 CHORNO V REALLY GOOD STUFF ITS 15 TO 50W IF YOU CAN AFFORT IT BUT EDGE IS GOOD TO BUT PREFER MOTUL

A mate made the manifold off a jap spec took 12 months to get right due bench & flow testing

How do you remove the sump need to check for turbo bearing pieces as I did a bearing do I have to pull the engine out please help

Just wondering what power you guys think I might acheive on my RB25 skyline. engines been rebuilt with arias pistons shot penned rods balanced & crack tested new bearings. Ive got microtech ECU 850cc injectors plazaman pleum high mount manifold & a HKS TO4Z turbo expect to run 1.5 to 2 BAR of boost what do guys reckon

Depending on the size of the rear exhaust housing I have a t04z with a.81 housing and Ill be running 2bar of boost through my RB25 hopefully It will be at full boost by 4 .5 to 5000 rpm

I already make 250rwkw with standard cams with a 3040 turbo. Engine been rebuilt with arias pistons linished & shot penend rods. puting a hks t04z turbo on a highmount manifold plus a set of 850cc injectors.Do you reckon 256intake & 264exhaust hks items would be the go. They have 9mm lift exhaust side anyway expect to make around 360rwkw

Does any one know what degree of cams I should purchase for my RB25 I have standard lifters been told I should go 260 or 264 degree cams and then again been told to get the biggest i can get need more insight can anyone advise on what i should purchase
