pretty sure its when the suspension finishs, so doesnt extend i had a 6month suspension that finished just after i turned 21, but becuase my p's finished my licence was cancelled and when my suspension was up i couldnt drive until i went to vicroads and got my full licence

$700 a rip for kings springs to be supplied and installed even $1000 for just the supply of s-tech's id say the prices are high becuase of where your located atm, try traction tyres, centreline etc from the recommended workshops thread when you move to Melb would be much much cheaper imo

Blags, they are rota grids same as what im using you could probably buy them in pairs in 17x9.5 +20 fronts (i use this size) and 18x10 +15 rears (leigh has that size)
