Do you know if the PwrSteer Pump/reservoir is HICAS version or not? Have a clearer picture or part number of it? Where abouts on South Side are you, I am at Underwood so could drop over to check what is left as I am after a few things. Thanks

May just be the photo but it looks like there is a fair sized lip on the rotors. Can you measure/tell me how big the lip is on the rotors and how thick the remaining disc is? Thanks

Have found out why these don't clear brakes on my GTR after taking them to wheel shop to check if they can be drilled to fit my BMW. These RIMS are made from factory as 5 x 100 pcd and are meant to be used with PCD ADAPTERS/35mm hub extender. The same setup that Porsche use for their wheels. These rims will fit the GTR or any other car, subject to correct HUB EXTENDER/ADAPTER being used. Because the adapter is fixed and designed that way, as far as I know they are legal to use. These hub adapter/extender are totally different to SPACERS as a weight/hub locator cap is used, prevents all the weight being transfered onto the wheel nuts. These rims have got to go, I don't have the adapters so they are going cheap. Price dropped again. I have lined up new wheels for the GTR so these are not much use to me. I may find a set of adapters to suit, will probably keep these if I find a cheap set of adapters. Take advantage of it while I am feeling weak. Talked with wheel shop and will make a set of HUB ADAPTER/EXTENDERS for $60 a wheel - remember this is worst case for price. Thanks Ska, For W2000 users, copying the Ini file into c:\WINNT instead of c:\Windows was all that was needed for it to work.

I may have missed something obvious but can not get FAST to work on W2000Prof. Have installed it. Have in the START Menu "Fast for Windows" but when clicked on does nothing. I set up the CD directories, am guessing there is a setup file that needs to be copied somewhere, any suggestions? as per first post I did copy the confi file and make read only, "FAST for Windows" when run does nothing. Fast Menu pops up the screen with the 3 buttons and Quit on it but clicking on the buttons does nothing, except for the Quit one. Saw a reference way back in the forum to a set up guide. Is that still on the system?

Am looking at doing a few upgrades over the next 12 months to my newly aquired GTR. Was looking at just getting current injectors cleaned/flowed etc but then thought, why not use the clean money towards upgrading them? Don't want to fork out upgrading Injectors twice if I don't get large enough ones the first time. Also hesitant to get too large as worried it will cause it to run rough and loose the adjustability down low? Is this my misconception or real? Interested to know what size to go for, I realise that it would be dependant on what I have planned and if I upgrade it will require a tune to adjust. At this stage, being put on are 3 inch exhaust, pod filter setup and yet to be worked out, larger single turbo? Second query if anyone wants to enlighten me, what price roughly are injectors for GTR, 800cc or 1000cc seems to be where I will be aiming? Have seen on EBay 7993894339 - Nissan 800cc Direct Fit Top Feed RB26DETT INJECTORS. Buy now for set of 6 US$360, will do 1000cc for same price. These are also listed starting at $299 and dont attact many bidders so would be mailed to Aus for US$330. Any better deals around? Thanks

Don't mean to detract from main topic but what price is reasonable for 2nd hand injectors? I was looking at upgrading injectors on my GTR as part of a number of upgrades. Was not sure of the buy second hand and then spend $20-30 each injector to have it rebuilt when I came across a guy in US selling via EBay. (Risks aside of buying from someone not local), is the following a good price for RB26 injectors? I would put up what the price was for RB25 side feed but did not see one specifically for this. Not sure how different the NSW vs QLD insurance prices rate. We don't have compulsory 3rd party property. 3rd party Personal is part of registration costs. Have full comprehensive insurance for 93 R32-GTR for AGREED Value of $28k and it INCLUDES cover for Club track/timed events and all modifications as long as I notify them and they are legal. It also does not have any hidden restrictions like theft cover is void if on street after 11 at night. Costing me $1250 with Shannons - go the gogo. I am 33 with no accidents so that might make a bit of difference.
