  1. We'll have to agree to disagree then I'm not out for amazing, but don't let that stop you Tony Robbins lol
  2. lol no dude, I'm just a realist, ergo, there is no ego I also joke around a fair bit...
  3. I've got enough mates around me to point out how weak my squat and DL is thanks, you guys also do a good job over the forum lol
  4. Not scared, just no interest in a 6-8hr return drive
  5. Much obliged, I'd have to get them freighted and would cover and organise that, you'd need to box/wrap at the most.
  6. Yeah I've been hitting the local FB group, nobody has 20kg plates they wanna part with though.
  7. Bummer! anyway, anyone else got any better deals? Otherwise I'll just buy those and be done with it. I'm so pro I need more plates etc.
  8. I was trying to avoid it because it's so subjective. Markos value for money will be some form of high end olympic setup and I should throw out everything I have now because I will never get anywhere with it, and while I'm at it, move to Frankston, join PTC and eat properly while squat and DL more lol Yes I am being sarcastic
  9. Well either, but price is more the factor as they don't need to be anything special when used by me, at home, on carpet, and taken care of. I'm also not going to cry if they are slightly over under 20kg.
  10. Oh, no credit for you then lol Durable is good! I'm not sure, Id like to try them.
  11. Harry? What are you using and having success with?
  12. Excellent reply (as in thorough) So they are $475each for a 235/45/R17 or $660 more than a set of FZs and that's not even accountign for the free delivery with the FZs. 1240 for a set including delivery or 1900 then you still need delivery. Like I said, they can be a bit slower when they are 35% cheaper and include delivery as well. Other places may have them cheaper of course that was just the first one I checked. Size: 235/45R17 M
  13. Would love to see an apples to apples comparison rather than a guess, where's a good place to get A050 prices to compare?
  14. Standard 7ft bar as I already had all standard plates. Any tips on where I can get better?
  15. Just these. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1-x-20KG-HAMMERTONE-STANDARD-WEIGHT-PLATE-HOME-GYM-EZ-GRIP-OK-BARBELL-PICKUP-/221254696326?pt=AU_Strength_Training&hash=item3383cebd86&_uhb=1
  16. I think I can get away with it as I'm on carpet that has a layer of carpet over it so it's quite soft and shoes do help me and the ankle a touch.
  17. Agreed Harry, so I'd like to hear from people who have used the new compound, I'm OK with it being slower than competing products because it's so much cheaper. It's all relative. I didn't build up a Silvia and use RS-Rs because I'm trying to be the fastest guy out there lol What do you think is a good bang for buck tyre Harry? What are you running?
  18. Cheers. I forgot to add, that after jogging say 70-75% of the walk this morning and having gym'd last night my ankle is a bit tender up the inside so I'll just keep taking ti slowly. I also used shoes last night for DLs as the physio said it might be a good idea to stop my bad ankle rolling in and it seemed to help.
  19. Skip everything after 35 and go for 3x 45s BOOM crushing.
  20. Not personally no, I run RS-Rs on an S13 and have been happy for the money, I was looking at going to FZs, hence the thread about if those prices were decent or not.
