  1. Hey kids, Just to throw into the mix, I get the following; On inital start up ; 25, -27 Then 3 for a while, flash 30. 41 through 47 are all ok. Then 1) 23.5 2) 22.5 3) Started at -30 then after a few seconds went up and stayed between 4.5 and 5 4) 46.5 The door thing works no worries. What does it all mean basil? (Sepcifically, the -27 at startup an the massivly high temp at the end?)
  2. The soarer forums recommdended doing two treatments, first with just kerosene as this will disolve alot of the oil, but as well all know kero leaves a film of crap, then flood it again with metho which removes the layer, a 50/50 mix may leave some residue.
  3. Hey mate, I work in super cheap and we sell it, the ground cloat, blue red and purple. Can't remember what it goes for a can, but it's worth it, mate did the rocker covers on a VS motor, looks mint (for a commo).
  4. G'day guys, I work in ringwood and live out the opposite direction and drive through Croydon area all the time, and i've seen this absolutly MINT gun-metal grey 32 kicking around. Just want to send props to the owner (I've made the assumption they are on here) and was just curious what the rims are? Suit the car very nicely.
  5. Problem solved. Mental note: Don't check brake fluid at night.
  6. Nope, like i said, i checked EVERY fluid except gearbox and diff
  7. As long as the seat is ADR approved, you'll be right, but you'll have to find out from the manufacturer. Although if it's a fibrglass racing seat, it's probably been stamped with track use only, in which case, put the old seat back in.
  8. Hey Guys, I have an GTS-T R32, 89 model that has the (!) light coming on (the one that comes on with the handbrake). The only problem is, is that it only comes on when turning right around corners and going up hills, and it does it far more when the car is cooler. If i turn left, it goes off, same with going down hill, and it usually only stays on for a few seconds, but it is getting longer. Because of the way it was coming on i thought a fluid problem, but checked every fluid apart from gearbox and diff. I don't even know if these have low oil sensors, but knowing what nissan are like, nothing would suprise me. So.... Anyone know what it might be? Or have you had the problem before?
  9. For the time me and the guys were there we had a ball, interesting to see my completley stock (and i mean not even an air filter) 32 GTS-T made 132.7 and the a/f was pretty much spot on, considering i've only had it 2 days its encouriging that i got a really good buy. The only question is; where to from now? lol. Thanks to all the guys that came and said g'day too, i'll send my membership application of some time this week.
  10. I might come down, Im new on the forums and I actually don't pick the car up until tommorow night, but it would be nice to get some base specs, just to see what my eventual mods will gain. Also any excuse to drool over other peoples car's is a good one.
  11. Mate, Im not a mechanic and i could be wrong, but that stain around the oil cap and the hose above it sort of raised my eye brows a bit, either he is defying gravity when doing an oil change or something went splat. I could be wrong though.
  12. Does he do stereo installs as well? If so, can he do them at my work place? Only in ringwood.
  13. Just reading an article bout Rampage audio stuff, apparently some uni students (possibly melbourne uni) designed all this stuff on broken down mainstreamers (sony, pioneer, kenwood etc) and just took the best idea's and changed some of the parts, i know a few people now with rampage gear, and some of it's actually quite good. If i had my time again and could save my self quite a bit of money, i would put this stuff in my car with out a doubt.
