  2. To be honest i don't mind any type of music. I tune into triple j most of the time at work so i get my daily feed of indie music from there, drive in cafe del mar/prog house style of tunez day in day out and look out for upbeat music on the tube at home. I get energy or "g'd up" per se from any that has a rocking distinctive melody, beat or rhythm to it Listen to allot of sets to track down PROGRESSIVE tracks like this.. gets my blood pumping every time
  3. Every one has different taste of course but i just cant stand gangta rap, not for life of me.. I like every other "black" type of music though from Blues, Soul, Hip Hop and some RnB.. Gold Fm, i listen to it regularly

  9. Are you feeling a'right man? Can't a staunch heterosexual man have a high degree of respect, admiration and idolization of another man. The truth of the matter is the dude is a star and many blokes badly want to be him. If Bale approached my significant other and began hitting on her, I would excuse myself and let him have her, at least temporarily.
  10. Ideal body.. Christian Bale I think i might have a man crush on him (no homo).. The man is a uber alpha male in epic proportions that has it all with his sophistication, class and talent. and last but not least [imghttp://media.photobucket.com/image/christian+bale+equilibrium+/megdays/Christian%20Bale/Equilibrium/ChristianBalepenishot.jpg[/img] oh wait....
  11. I'm pretty sure thats him, he's a choco fella http://hilifefitness.com/ 2nd row, 2nd from left, left.. http://hilifefitness.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=6

  13. Guy on the left own a gym in Tullamarine? Amiright?
  14. Another mega leg workout last night, another pain to endure for the next couple of days with a throbbing thigh and butt cheeks. I've been putting allot of focus on my thighs, kind of neglecting my calfs and its now beginning to show the upper part of the leg considerably larger than the lower. I feel like my libido and sexual stamina has increased dramatically, the common idea of leg workouts increase testosterone is ringing true, i can feel it every part of my day when i some times get the unexpected semis happening Cheif it tells me i need to more cardio exercises as it helps me breath better, more stamina, more endurance, overall a healthier body. I've been doing BB for 8 years now and my body has reached different levels of peak through those years. I've bulked up at one point nearing the 95kg mark, benching over my own weight, squatting double what i do today with overall a well developed well proportioned body with a bf below 10% but all this needs high maintenance and that's something i don't have the time for anymore.. Since then i've lost 15kgs. Im aiming for a athletic, a afl player kinda look, a flexible body with noticeable mass and definitions.
  15. Start off with power walk and gradually increase the speed to 11 and run all the way through. I find doing cardio first easier because i have plenty of energy to burn off, what ever is remaining i work it out for lifting. I have tried doing the reverse plenty of times before, leaving cardio for last but most of the time i dont have the motivation or energy for it as its all burnt up, end up walking out after my lifting session.
  16. My ass cheeks are clenched like fuark, major pain on booth cheeks and my core has been killing me the whole day.. was a insane workout session last night. 3km's of cardio and hit the legs soon after, almost collapsed just walking up the stairs to my front door.
  17. Why so pumped brah? Which juice you using?
  18. Fuarrrkk.. lets compare quads. Ill show you mind if you show me yours.
  19. I doubt its as chiseled as mine I train my legs no different than any other part of my body, by gradually increasing weight as i see fit with average reps of 10-11. Anything less than 10 reps and 3 sets is inadequate for me but most of the time i do 4 sets especially with squats. This way i get both mass and definition happening all at the same time. The idea of seasonal bulking and cutting up the next is only useful for beginners or hardcore builders, been doing this shit for 8 years now. It was only 8 weeks ago that i was squatting 60kg, however with consistency, last night finished 4 sets (first set 80kg as a warm up, 3 sets in 100kg) with relative ease. Looking into moving on to 140kg in 8-9 weeks time frame.
  20. So you're after big fat (as in mass) legs without any definition. Not really attractive innit?
  21. is that 6 reps or 6 sets? Whats the point of doing low reps? I do no less than 10 reps when squatting
  22. Word up. If you want a good form and great physique, doing squats in a calm fashion is the way to do it. I do at min 10reps + 4 sets. By the time im finished my legs are throbbing and it feels great man.. haha Another advantage of leg/squat workout is it also works on your core area. Its just been recently i've gotten back in to gym again and had a developed a little belly over the few months, a muffin top if you call it but after hitting the legs for the pass couple months my stomach is flat, showing some ab cuts underneath. Doing cardio for a good 20 mins before leg workout also helps
  23. I used to hate doing squats due to the upper back/neck pain pain associated with it, until the new gym i joined up has a Mantaray on their squat rack.. Squats have now become my favorite workout choice. Squats is the most effective and efficient workout method for legs bar none. Legs press/curls on machines is just a waste of time i reckon. If they dont have a Mantaray at your gym just buy one, its relatively cheap
  24. Currently at 80kg, plus bar which makes it 95kg or there abouts.
