  1. I had another gut wrenching leg work out tonight, although my body could only tolerate a hard 160kg squat work out. By the time i was finished i was perspiring in in the bucket loads, feeling dizzy, very pale and had this massive urge to vomit out... Thought that's it, i've finished all my energy for tonight so head home. After i got home i took a nice dump and felt my body return back to normal. Contemplating on going back again right now to finish off leg press, leg extension and calf workout I've also begun cardio these days making sure i do a 2.5km jog before i head out of gym trying to get my self into the mood by watching Johnnie Jackson
  2. I had a good squat & leg press session yesterday. 140kg Squat using the smith machine and 410kg leg press, oh my, ass cheeks are killing me now
  3. What motivates me the most is looking at other people who are more physically developed, fit, muscled and chiseled. I then use this drive, determination, and want as my motivation. I set my self certain goals to achieve which never ends, this is how i get by my gym routine for the past 7 years i've been working out. Say i achieve my goal, i set my self another one to next level up. I work hard to get to that goal and once i think i've reach that goal, i look at my body in place which would need improving.. it's a never ending pattern. Another great motivational tool is listening to others around you envy your fit athletic body, getting endless compliments.. to be honest, it feeds my ego hahahaha. It makes me feel superior and the girls love a rock hard athletic body wanting a bit of touch and feel of you.

  19. i'm been neglecting gym for the past few weeks now due to Ramazan month, can only attend 2-3 days a week at max, really taking it easy but once the month is over get back into full on. Currently weighing at 92kg with about 13-14% body fat By years end i am planning on gaining another 3-4kg getting to a top of 95kg but at the same time reducing my body fat to around 9-10%... It's not an easy task by all means but with sheer determination and keeping my self motivated, i will achieve my goal by december. That means i will be spending at minimum 5 days a week at the gym. Focusing on each body part individually.. quads & calf, bi's & tri's, chest, delts & traps, lats etc.. bi's are at 18" in circumference
  20. Will provide pics of body + arm with tape measure + what i weigh.. tonight not sure what my bf is at the moment, actually i was supposed to be assessed during the week but had to post pone it for the coming week. I'm guesstimating anything between 13-15%, not really fussed at the moment because ideal cutting time frame is between mid spring to start of summer
  21. 6'00" to be exact tensed ofcourse
  22. 45 mins work out is just a waste of a trip to the gym. You're not getting big, toned yeh sure.. not big! Short work outs are ideal for getting ripped. To be honest I hardly work on my biceps and it's fair large. I'm speaking about 18-19inch here. I just pick up a barebell or dumb bell every now and then doing 10 reps of 2 or 3 just before i head out. There is no particular day i dedicate it on arms, they naturally grow as you focus on chest, shoulders and back in secondary form
  23. Well it all depends fellas. If you want to get big you need to take plenty of rest between your sets, If aiming to tone up and burn fat at the same time, take minimum rest in sets I'm in the gym no less than 1.5hrs
