Amen. I have a set of goals that i want to achieve before years end and my rather easy & relaxed form of program is going well, performing as i want to be... I try to get my ass to the gym at least 4 days but usually 5 days a week. Been doing this for 6 years now on/off (going hard last 9 months straight) and through out the years i have gained plenty of experience, knowledge and understand how my body reacts to certain style of workouts. I am in a great form with all my body parts in proportion but will be complete by years end.. maybe

Never bothered checking the contents or the amount of sugar it may have... but the amount of energy it gives me to burn can't be replaced by another product. I've consumed two tea spoons this stuff before 7pm in a glass of water, now its 1am and i can't fooking sleep. Where before 6pm, i was already drained and tired. Few hours later im bouncing around.

No Explode certainly does give you a energy boost, increase in strength, recovery, some sense of help in pushing that extra bit during pumps. I certainly can feel the difference because my heart rate goes up and if taken at late night, won't be able to sleep for many hours... Consequently you can shove that dogmatically didactic advice where the sun doesnt shine

lulz that's what usually happens upon the first week until your body begins to fully absorb it. I still have the runs every now and then for some reason. Best is to take it at least 45 mins before you head to the gym I was recommended to use this by a few other people at the gym, might give it a go

Oh and brahz currently benching 120kg atm and weighing in at 90kg, might just go up a few kg's more right before mid spring and start cutting out for Summer.. bulk bulk.. shreeeed!
