Hi, what brand/who made the hiflo? whats max boost rating? anything wrong with it? what is the minimum boost i can have this set on to work properly cause currently I have standard turbo on 11psi

I had the same problem, took it to the mechanic and he said the carbon canister was hooked up wrong and was putting boost into the fuel tank. lol

I was told by a mechanic who does alot of work on skylines not to use it. He took apart a seized quad cam mustang engine and he said it turned into a thick sludge at the top of an engine, blocked it up or something. He recommended semi or fully synthetic 10 - 40W for a GTS-T with about 100k on the clock.

I was having the same issue it seems everyone with the standard ECU and modded R33 GTS-T on here has had. Get a re-mapped ECU , SAFC or new standalone ECU or change your mods back to stock. I got a toshi re-mapped ECU and now my engine isn't doing a Paris Hilton anymore.

I think my clutch is slipping too after a power upgrade to 200rwkw. Is this when the standard manual clutch normally fails ? Do you rev it and take off in 4th from stand still or rolling.

Source a standard ECU and give it a go.

I get 10.5 - 11.5 L \ km after I changed my O2 sensor. After I changed it I got 100km more on a tank. Thats with 200rwkw 98ron

Lakeside isn't a high horsepower track, its lowspeed, just don't crash like me and about 3 others when I did it. (I only broke the front bar) . I hear they've re-surfaced it, so have fun.

Dude, Don't waste money on a dyno when its probably spark plugs ! When were they changed last ? You want heat range 5 plugs, gapping them at 0.8 mm overcomes some missing problems If its not Spark plugs I would go Coils, havn't tried the yellowjacket ones. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Mi...500-t32356.html

Hard to say if it is missfiring due to Coilpacks / spark plugs. Or knocking which I don't think I have heard. Theres lots of writeups about missfiring at 4500 revs that helped me out that you could search for.

Hi, What boost and power are u running ? Did you have to get the Mines ECU tuned ?

I thought shorting the 2 pins resets the ECU. How do u diagnose the ECU ?

I've got a set of series 2 coipacks that I pulled out of mine when I was getting a missfire. There might be some good and bad ones in the set of six, does anyone know how to test them without playing trial and error ?
