hey dudez going to start doing my major service soon just wanna run through some things i am going to replace as i go: Timing belt water pump cam seals crank seal belt tensioner pulley idler pulley plugs all oils and fluids oil and fuel filter and belts missed anything?? do the pulleys need replacing or should i just do it while the front of the motor is apart? what about rad hoses and thermostat? any help would be appreciated cheers jazza

ok, have noticed that the problem is mostly in the morning.... i have tried letting it warm up for a while, but it doesnt go away if i goto work in the morn, park it and say start it at lunch, it will rev just under 1000rpm its almost everyday that this happens and its rather annoying.... will have a play around on the w/e thanks guys

auto glym is about 30 bucks a bottle (500mls) i think.... its pricey but u get good results. my colour (black) was very dull. after trying heaps, i decided to spend up and get auto glym and the car is actually a black metallic again! i tried a specific balck car polish, it got rid of scratches, but didnt really shine the car. i think the specific colour polishes are there just to get rid of the scratches.. what i found that worked was to use the colour polish, use that first, then use the auto glym to shine it up have a shot at that and you should be happy cheers jazza

hey dudez just noticed in the last couple of weeks my car has been idling around the 1100 - 1500rpm what is the normal idle speed and how do i fix it? the car is a 32 gtst cheers jazza

i use auto glym its expensive as all shit but it comes up a treat when u have finished did this on my 32 gtst when the clolur looked dull, hour or so later is was awesome look into it cheers jazza

hey dudez, just got for free an Autometer Pro Comp II monster tacho, straight out of a 55 chev....going to put it im my 32 gts-t. whats the best location to fit it, and where does it wire up to? any soldering required? when it comes to electrical, i have no idea.... i already have an autometer cobalt boost gauge, fitted near the Pillar, so there goes trying to puy it there.. thinking maybe above the radio surround on the left hand side. does these need to be re-calibrated due to it being in a chev? thanks for your help cheers
