brendo - fuel filter was done last servie, but i will try fuel cleaner/octane booster. just had car at my local nissan dealership, had the diagnostic hooked up to it, AFM code came up. been told that Y61 Patrols with the 2.8l turbo diesel engine have the same AFM has the stagea/skyline. on the hunt as we speak cheers for your help jarryd edit: are all RB25 AFM's the same? or is there a difference between them? stageas run S2 RB25 motors, am i correct?

hey guys my stagea has developed a f**king annoying problem of just turning off. as in engine cuts out, but all electrics stay on (lights, radio etc.) wtf is it? almost drove into a f**king pole when it decided to cut power mid corner. dunno how i stopped it... car feels a little sluggish lately too. dunno if thats related or not. ive noticed now that when u goto take off, you can feel it hesitate. is that just the boost when it goes from 5-7 or whetever it is? ive never felt it before ive been told it could be fuel pick up related, where would i look? ive cleaned AFM thinking it was that for some reason, didnt fix it. it only happens in mornings too, grumpy f**k. im at a loss at the moment, and its got me f**ked what to do. ny point of putting the nissan diagnostic tool on it to see if it shows a code? hope u can help before i burn it to the ground!!! cheers jarryd.

silver S2 on the top end of the monash fwy city bound this morn, rego was DOME-69 or sumfan i was in teh supa doopa hiace van.

used to be from altona meadows, now in the east. meh, its just a suburb. both have equally shit places, ie laverton and bayswater.

in traffic last nite on burwood hwy, there was a female driving a burgandy S1 like mine, with SAU stickers. was trippy as f**k. almost the same car as mine, except not colour coded, mine isnt low, and she had other wheels.

congrats? on the sale man. was a very nice car. and those wheels, oh my god! hope the new owner enjoy's it as much as alex did. i had the chance of inspecting it when alex first had it for sale, and he was very helpful and pretty cluey about his car. it was a hard choice for me to pick a stock one over alex's, but the new owner should, and will love it. f**king quick car for its size. goodluck for the future alex, i know how it was when i sold my skyline, and i still see it at least once a week which totally sucks anus. so at least u wont run into it on the street, then u feeling all sad like lol. cheers and goodluck dude

hey hey. my stagea has developed a rather annoying and embarrassing problem. under braking, the RHF wheel squeels, and when not braking, it will continue to do so for however long it feeels, sometimes it wont, most of the time, it will. now atm i cant get the wheel off coz i dont have access to a compressor. bastard mechanics. what can be causing this? is it the caliper not releasing? shitting me to tears. last brake test showed it had about 60% all round if that matters, and it looks like there is plenty of meat left on the pads. discs need doing tho. cheers jarryd
