for the primer and clear coat i used "powerplus, professional touch up" comes in 350g spray cans and i got that from super cheap auto, the primer cost a little bit more than the clear coat. i was trying to get the colour made by "powerplus" aswell but they had no silvers left So for the spray, i used "whitekings" spray paint, the colour was called "metallic silver" that came in a 310g can so i got 2 of them. i made sure i asked the guys there if this kind of spray went with the primer and clear coat i purchased and they said yes regards sam

yeh i didnt wanna really do the drivers side arm dunno why tho lol, i kinda wish the silver was a little bit more on the darker side, although it is not as bright and in ya face when ya actually see it lol, but yeh thanks to this thread it gave me the confidence to do it myself so cheers for that sam

well i got everything finished finally and have put everything back in, heres a couple of pics

ok a bit off topic and sounds stupid but iv heard a couple of myths if you want your car to pop flames then put in unleaded in lol cos it will make you mixture rich and a rich mixture is what will let you pop flames lol

with all my lighting on my car, i put them on cos i like it, i do things on my car for me not any one else

ok now the clear coat is gonna dry over night! then ill put everything back in and take pics as for the paint i just bought some random spray with the colour that read "siver" and thats how it came out, in the sunlight it is actually quit sparkly on a side not i recently sprayed my stockies black until i get two legal tyres for my other rims, they actually came out pretty good i reckon, heres a couple pics

fairly average??? if you consider yourself fairly average compared to your frends then i can only imagine what they look like oh and theres no battery's left in the camera so ill charge the battery and take a pic tommorow night of my car with the neons on

hehe yeh, well i thought id just buy low springs but then i would need shocks going as low as i want the car but thats coming up to the 900-1000 dollar mark, i would rather just save the extra money for coilovers

iv actually never taken a photo of my car at night lol, will take a couple of fotos of my car tonite with the neons on lol so everyone can laugh at my ricemobile

i like neons i got LEDs under the car that change colour blue parker lights LED washer nozzles, interior neons, boot neons and even a blue neon bulb for the interior light, also just got sum for the grill and front bar, geez i luv neons

ok iv just applied the second coat of primer to my dash pieces, i sanded them first with that 400 gritt paper and got them all smooth..... looks ok so far will post pics wen finished
